Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint Philip

I selected this place in Saint Philip to be in more of a remote area of the island away from all the tourists. Morning coffee with a view of the sunrise and then a productive time working with an amazing view of the field up to the cliff and the water beyond was pretty magical. Rental care was pretty useful for getting to nearby attractions (Crane, Foul Bay), and handy for grocery shopping. I preferred to cook, but there is certainly lots of options a short drive away. The key feature however is being located next to the cliffs. If you are looking at this place, you will know the planes will be taking off throughout the day, mostly late afternoon early evening. It makes a lot of noise, but is also pretty cool to watch. If air plane noise is a big concern for you, then you've probably not read this far. The only concern is the lot sold across the street, so go stay here while the view is intact!!

I was very happy with Carol's place. The moment I arrived; Carol was there to welcome me and answered all of my questions. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has all the utensils and serveware to enjoy a good meal. The bathroom has hot water and the rainforest shower heat was very soothing. There are wardrobes with plenty of room for your clothing and I slept well in the comfortable bed. Best of all, the cool trade winds from the sea flowed straight in my window which kept me cool despite no air condition. This place is very unique, quiet, and peaceful. You can also see the sea from the house. Additionally, it is located not far from shops or the main road. That makes it very convenient to catch a bus although I preferred a car. Thank you, Carol, for being a gracious host. You really made my stay comfortable, and I look for forward staying again in the future. For one week I had my own slice of paradise!

From the moment i started communicating with Ronnie, i noticed how proactive and friendly he was. He was always one step ahead in ensuring i had a fantastic stay. What stood out to me was how clean his listing was and everything was there as listed at my fingertips. If you looked up “good ole Bajan hospitality” in the dictionary, it would be a picture of Ronnie. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. 10/10

Overall, satisfied with the rental and I did not want to leave. This was one of the most beautiful villas I have rented in Barbados! I recommend this place if you want a personable yet private, luxurious, relaxing and peaceful experience on the coast. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible. I made the best of this stay, but I would do things different in the future. This “home in Whitehaven” is a villa in East Resort. I would look to book directly, as they have deals and packages. No need for a middle-man. I can understand why the hosts were so unresponsive leading up to my stay. The management and staff at the resort met us at check-in and engaged with us for the entire stay. They were great!! Thanks Shamima (& all staff)! The entrance was a bit hard to find. The resort is a good distance away from popular places. Transportation can be pricy. Be prepared to go through a formal check-in process signing paperwork and providing credit card information upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay! The property had modern finishes and up-to-date appliances, which made everything feel comfortable and convenient. The spacious bedrooms and kitchen were spotless, and I really appreciated the extra touch of a glass of wine upon arrival. The host was very thoughtful, checking in periodically to ensure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This is a beautiful house. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large sitting area, large dining area & table/chairs. Large kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The air conditioning in the main living area is extremely effective. The whole house is luxurious and we spent a lovely week there. We were able to walk to the beach at Bottom Bay - approx 10 minutes walk which was lovely and there are other beaches nearby which are safe for swimming. Great communication with our host Carol & her husband. We would recommend this house and would stay again if in the area again.

Monet's place was amazing , beautiful house , even better than described. Can't wait to visit again and the plunge pool was a lovely bonus . Beds were clean and very comfortable, excellent shower . We hired a car which we thought was necessary as the area is a short drive away from beaches . Local , large, well stocked supermarket just around the corner behind the petrol station . Monet was an excellent host , clear instructions and directions . We had a small issue with the electricity, Monet had it sorted extremely quickly, couldn't have asked for a better response and she was very accommodating with a late check out , thank you for a fabulous holiday , can't wait to come back !

Great house Silent neighbourhood.

we had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect - accomodation in quiet location very close to Miami Beach and shops / bakery. comunication with Alicia and Mark was excelent - very friendly and helpfull. appartement was very good equiped and clean. Thank you for wonderful experience and hospitality

Simone’s place was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. The location is great, it’s a quick walk to Miami Beach and not too far into the town of Oistins (walking). We walked and took the bus for the first 4 days and then got a vehicle for the last 4 days. If you don’t mind walking to the bus stop a car isn’t necessary with the location. However, if you want to explore the island like we did get a car for a few days! Everything was very clean and tidy. The beach chairs and noddles were a bonus. We packed all our food in the coolers attached to the chairs when walking down to the beach. The rooftop patio is perfect for eating supper. Simon was very kind and helpful. All of the locals were as well. We loved our stay here and will definitely we back.

Lovely accommodation in a great location for St Lawrence Gap. Becky was brilliant with information and communication. Would definitely recommend and look to book again in the future!

Just back from a 11 night stay We stayed with friends and had a fantastic time ( our 1st time in Barbados) Saudia’s is exactly as the description It’s in a beautiful complex with lovely surroundings Within easy reach to the beach The swimming was an added bonus for us We were absolutely gutted to be leaving and will definitely be returning Many thanks Saudia’s for a fantastic stay

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful condo. The space was thoughtfully put together with everything we needed right at our fingertips. The view was breathtaking, and the pool was fantastic for relaxing. The condo is located on a golf course, and while we didn't play, we enjoyed the on-site restaurant—delicious food and great service. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to ZR vans and taxis, and the area itself felt safe and quiet. Our host (Stephanie) was incredibly responsive, answering every question we had quickly. The only minor issue was the wifi on the TV, which was a bit glitchy at times, though that may be a common issue on the island. The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms, but the open layout and cross breeze made the other areas comfortable as well. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils, pots, pans, and other essentials we needed. I would not only recommend but will be returning for sure!!

Loved the property, great location with small private beach, and pool. Located on saint Lawrence gap so close to a number of restaurants and bars. This was a great base for us to explore more of the island. The condo is a fully equipped home with all you need. We stayed 2 weeks and so it was cleaned fully after our first week. June the local host is lovely and was able to answer any queries we had which were few. Will miss the amazing view from the terrace, which is just stunning and the sound of the ocean as you fall asleep every night. Other guests at mistle cove were also lovely. Highly recommend this property!

I was thoroughly pleased with my stay at Charmaine’s place. The condo was spotless and the view was beautiful. The place was furnished very nicely. You do need a car as the shops and restaurants are nearby. Loved having TV’s in every room. The patio was lovely to have a quick get together. All in all I would stay there again without hesitation. It was super private and safe. There is also a nice restaurant on the golf course for quick bites. A great get away!
