Gîte moderne tres comfortable. Good location to visit the surroundings(St Malo, Dinan, Dinard). 5 days with perfect family.

We were very satisfied. That's how we imagined the accommodation. The surrounding area is very quiet. Excursions to Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cancale and of course Fort la Lstte and Cap Frehel were very nice. Also very nice bike paths. I would be happy to come back.

Great stay at this very clean and warm accommodation! Well located for visiting Mont Saint-Michel 30 minutes away as well as Saint-Malo 30 minutes away too! We'll be happy to go back!

Wood reserve inside for the 3 days, fire lit upon arrival. Tony's appreciable tolerance for the possible additional hosting of a couple and their 2 dogs for an evening and a night. Despite the bad weather, we had a lovely time in this house with a large fenced garden that was very much appreciated by our 2 dogs. One suggestion: provide a suitable product for cleaning the glass of the stove door ;-)))

I stayed with my partner and child, the property was fantastic and very peaceful. We enjoyed the hospitality afforded to us by the great hosts. The property is lovely and surrounded by the glorious French countryside. We look forward to returning.

A lovely apartment in the heart of St Malo. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and amenities at your doorstep. The apartment itself has beautiful decor, is clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen and bathroom. Steve, the host, is very responsive. Easy check in and check out processes. A wonderful find, highly recommend!

A dive into the heart of St Malo's History

We had the most beautiful time and everything that we expected was exceeded. The magnificent house created memories to cherish forever. The surrounding area was very peaceful and the nearby beach, was within 5 minutes walk. The owner Daniele, was quick to sort any queries and made our stay an amazing experience. We all enjoyed our special time together and everything was just perfect. Cant wait to revisit!!

Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

A perfect stay in an exceptional house! We had a wonderful stay with family (3 children including a baby a few months old) in this beautiful house in Saint-Coulomb. This is probably one of our most beautiful vacation rentals! The house is beautifully renovated, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The level of comfort is exceptional: everything you need for a baby (and even more!), electric mountain bikes, paddles… and more. It's rare to find a place so well thought out for families. The location is ideal: quiet, nestled in a green setting, with La Touesse beach just a two-minute walk away. A real little paradise. A huge thank you to Pierre-Emmanuel, our host, for his warm welcome, his great availability, his excellent local recommendations sent ahead of the stay, and for a perfectly clean house on arrival. Above all, don't change anything! We'll be back without hesitating.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Thanks Nicolas, We had a wonderful stay with the family. The house is in a great location. We did everything on foot during our stay... what happiness! I recommend the creperie, and also the Thalasso 5 min from the beach :) The equipment of the house is perfect... everything is there, well done! The house was ideal for my children (20 months and 4 years old), on one level (no steps) with bathtub for bathing, crib, high chair, changing table, great! We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!
