Waterfront vacation rentals in Saint-Martin-de-Ré

We stayed one night (Saturday to Sunday) in the 3-person accommodation. Accommodation is nice and large enough for 3-4 people. The sofa bed is comfortable enough for 1 person, we have not tested it for 2. The bed in the room is 160 and is comfortable (Emma bedding) The bathroom is located behind the bedroom, the toilet however is in the hallway, allowing easy access to all occupants. The location is ideal, close to the port. And Verdun parking is not expensive for parking your car nearby. I recommend it!

Flawless accommodation, spacious. The bedding is perfect. The exit of the building leads directly to the old port, ideal for our walks, whether by the water or in the city center.

the apartment is very well located and surprisingly quiet (while it overlooks the street with very lively bars at the foot of the building). the kitchen is particularly well equipped if you like to cook very good communication with Lucas i would recommend

Overall we had a nice stay at Melanie's. The house is new, spacious and above all very well-equipped. The host was very responsive. Nearby: beach and forest for pleasant walks. We recommend this place to stay for a few quiet days.

We had a great extended weekend at Laurent's house. The accommodation is bright, clean, very well located (walking distance to the beach at the end of the street), quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped, nothing is missing and the rooms are spacious. We'll be happy to go back! Thanks to Laurent for his responsiveness.

Florence and Christophe are very responsive hosts. The accommodation is as described, close to the beach, shops and a small market. We had a great time with four (2 adults and 2 children). Perfect for this configuration, no more than this are needed. The residence is quiet at this time of year.

Very nice accommodation, well decorated, well equipped. Very close to the port of St Martin, free parking (off season) very close to the port. Clear instructions from the host. Very responsive host. Not enough hot water to take a shower and a bath…what a shame. Expensive cleaning fee compared to what he asked us to clean in the accommodation (sweep the broom) as well as take out the trash.

We had a great time in this very clean, well-appointed accommodation, with 2 suites (even though we only used one!), and no complaints about the amenities. Very quiet area, a 5-minute walk to the port (choose access by the seafront or the pretty streets of the city!) I imagine that even in high season it remains far from the hustle and bustle of the port. Large comfortable beds, we were happy to enjoy the accommodation after the walks. In short, at the top! Bavier is also a very considerate and available host.

This apartment was in a perfect location for a three day visit in La Rochelle. Patrick let us check in an hour early and was great at orienting us to the apartment and the easy and picturesque 15-20 minute walk into town. He made suggestions for restaurants, our favorite of which was i’seo. He was available at all times if necessary. Parking/access was easy. Beds were comfortable and the view was appreciated. All was great during our stay.

Second stay at Maryline's. & always the same pleasure 😊 Maryline is very welcoming & great tips for sightseeing. The accommodation is ideally located for visits by the sea or in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The accommodation is quiet & pleasant, a real cocoon to recharge. I'll be happy to come back!

we had a great time at Carole and Cristophe's, the accommodation very well arranged, quiet, we were able to leave our bikes outside safely, the center of the municipality of La Flotte is very close to foot which is very appreciated.
