We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is perfect, pretty, quiet, the view is beautiful, and all the necessary equipment is there. Easy to park, the beach is just a few meters away. It's a nice apartment! There were two of us and that was fine. A lovely bed, nice shower and equipped with every comfort. The communication with Steevie was pleasant, he is friendly and responds quickly.

A second stay still at the top for us 3 ( 2 adults and a 2 year old child). The apartment is really nice and very well located ( cove right next door, view of Collioure, quiet residence, you can go to the center of Collioure easily etc.). We were as well received as last time! Thank you so much! We'll probably be back!

Great stay! Very well located apartment, close to the port on foot and 10 min walk to a beach. True to the description. Clean and well equipped. Very convenient parking space. Maybe a lack of soundproofing in the living room for the person sleeping on the sofa bed, but not too disturbing because it's quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive to our requests/questions. Perfect accommodation for one or two nights when you are a couple and two children; very close to the Christmas market perfect for walking. Easy to access and convenient accommodation. Very responsive host! Delighted with our little weekend at Barcares.

Had a brilliant week in Saint Cyprien. Book this place and you won’t be disappointed !! Apartment had a fantastic view of The Mediterranean as it is right on the Beach - Our Dog was in heaven running and playing with other Dogs on his walks. Lots of Restaurants and Bars all within walking distance although because of it being early in the Season some places were not yet open. We walked down to The Port and had a few Meals at the Restaurants down there - Very nice. Lovely Market right outside our door on Friday which has lots of nice products for sale. A few very pleasant days spent at Sandra and Sylvain's. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished farmhouse. Thanks to Sandra for her responsiveness during our exchanges and to Elodie on our departure (and for the rousquilles on arrival😊).

We enjoyed our vacation in the house very much and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The location of the house is great and the terrace overlooking the sea is fantastic, you want to jump right in. The house is well appointed and as shown in photos . We can definitely recommend it and will be back😊.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as in the pictures and very well maintained. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The sea view is fantastic and you can walk directly from the terrace down to the bay. The house is in a very well maintained complex with its own fenced parking. You can walk in about 10 minutes to Port-Vendres or Collioure. We felt very comfortable there and would come back at any time.

Thank you Denys for hosting us so well in the fisherman's house. We loved the quiet of the area and were able to observe dozens of water birds including the beautiful pink flamingos. I recommend this location to recharge and be as close as possible to nature.

We spent a week at this place in the winter. The photos totally match the reality, the apartment is very convenient, there is everything you need to be comfortable. The location is very convenient, 2min walk from the ports, 15min from the beach and 10 seconds from the pond. It was very quiet. The negative points for us: the bathroom lacks ++ light and there was a stale smell; the pillows are not comfortable.

Thanks to Raphael for this welcome worthy of a southern welcome☀️ the apartment was really up to our expectations, very convenient , not to mention the terrace and the view just sublime, as in the photos. And parking right in front is free. Really it was a very relaxing stay in the winter season, and it must be said that even the weather was on our side. Raphael answers our questions very quickly, it's very pleasant. It really makes you want to live in this area.

Impeccable apartment with a magnificent sea view. You have access to the beach downstairs from the building. The only downside is that there is no Clim and during a heat wave it is the insured furnace.
