Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Julien

Basile is a very friendly and very attentive host and communicates very quickly! The house in a very quiet location with great views of the forested hills of beautiful Provence is simple but beautiful and stylishly furnished and offers everything you need. As a guitarist (or not), all the wonderful Basile guitars make you feel at home anyway! And even on cooler October days, the beautiful wood-burning stove quickly gives you enough warmth. The access of about 5 minutes from Montferrat offers some action, which we found cool, but goes well, maybe not with a lowered Ferrari :-). Montferrat also has a fine bakery and a small grocery store that offers the essentials, and there is also a restaurant. Hiking and/or biking, trips to the sea, sightseeing are easily accessible in max. 1.5 hours. Thank you Basile for everything! If possible, we will be happy to come back!

Spending a few days at Joanne's, attentive, available, responsive as well as discreet, rejuvenated us in a charming, authentic, cozy and very peaceful environment. Feeling a little at home with all the amenities, generous and original spaces was a real getaway… A real treat for the whole family thanks to a high level of hospitality and real kindness.

We enjoyed the house of émilie and Yoann at Christmas. The house was wonderfully spacious and we were at the bar in the kitchen daily for a nice drink. We were wonderfully located in the sun on the spacious terrace and then the fire started wonderfully inside. We have made full use of the ping pong table and the boulebaan, the fitness equipment and even the pool🥶. The contact with émilie and yoann went very well. We definitely want to come back!

We spent two nights at Erick's place. Everything is as described, the accommodation is well-equipped, the outside is very pleasant even in the middle of winter. The hot tub is great. Erick is a welcoming host and very available. We recommend staying with them.

Can't say enough good things about this apartment. Location is great - incredibly peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to all the sites in AIX. The location and parking garage work perfectly for trips to surrounding areas, with easy access in and out of AIX. The apartment itself is immaculate and incredibly well equipped (especially the kitchen). Working with the host, Philippe was very welcoming and a great source of information and hints on the area. I'd definitely stay at this apartment again!

Despite a delay in our Coline train was very accommodating for our arrival. Her apartment is full of charm, very clean and welcoming, we felt at home there. The terrace makes it possible to start the day well with a breakfast in the fresh air, the most if the sun is at the rendezvous. We can only recommend staying at Coline's place, we will gladly go back for our next visit to Marseille.

The accommodation is located in a peaceful location, and the apartment is tidy, clean and nicely decorated. Great stay. The accommodation is located in a secure residence with a swimming pool and restaurant. The place is separate and was super clean and tidy had a kitchenette with microwave, hob and fridge. Everything was available towels, soap and even small touches by the hosts like sweets and coffee. Finally, the terrace is big more of this accommodation where I was able to spend delicious moments in the morning but also in the evening. The hosts are welcoming, responsive by message and the accommodation is not far from Aix by car (5min) and a shopping center. Thank you for everything, it's probably one of the best places I've been able to book since using airbnb in 8 years

It's nice not to be received by a lockbox, it becomes so rare at Airbnb! Beautiful apartment, convenient, quiet, beautiful garden view and located close to the city center and food shops. In addition, a parking space. Royal! Cherries on the cake: a charming welcome, adorable touches like water and ice cubes, a bottle of fruit juice in the fridge, coffee, tea, sugar and oil, etc. Georges takes care of his visitors, it shows. We liked the beautiful, clean quiet apartment overlooking the harbor and the sea very much. The amenities met our expectations. The communication with German worked well. All places worth seeing are within walking distance. We highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Marseille.

Beautifully decorated apartment, spacious, peaceful, bathed in light, with an amazing rooftop that offers unobstructed views of Marseille. We got up before dawn to watch the sunrise over the Good Mother, well wrapped up (it was February) on the sun loungers, enjoying our morning coffee. Suspended moment! For lovers of idleness between two visits or walks, this is the perfect place. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable bedding, impeccable cleanliness, very pleasant communication with Gwendolin. We will come back! Thank you Gwendolin!
