This stay was truly paradise. The complex is to die for and the room was perfect I felt right at home, I’m ready to move to Florida after this trip! The pictures didn’t do the place justice which is very rare for air bnb in my opinion. The amenities were amazing and there’s so much to do in this one complex. I will be back I had a wonderful stay. Really appreciate the hospitality

The location was perfect. It was near everything we needed to do. I wasn’t aware the unit was upstairs, but it made the outdoor patio much more enjoyable. I would stay at this place again.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was in a good location at the beach and also about 10 or 15 minutes from old town St. Augustine. The bed was really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The heated pool was a nice addition since March is still a little chilly. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

We loved this place and the location was great. We initially had problems with the WiFi but Alexandra and her husband fixed them right away with a new router. We didn’t have any problems at all after that. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

We really loved staying at Michaela’s place. The unit was spotless and clean and close to the St Augustine downtown area. They were very hospitable and even left us a small box of pecan pies which were delicious! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I can't say enough good things about the house and the host. We had the bad luck of the spa being out of service during our stay due to a part needing to be replaced. As much as we had hoped to enjoy that part of the home, the rest of the house and the host more than made up for it. Hoa is easily one of the top 3 hosts I've had so far in my many Airbnb stays over the years. She was proactive, friendly and welcoming, and helped us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to use. I especially liked the labels on the many light switches, drawers, and cabinets. The beds were very comfortable and sofa/TV was relaxing and entertaining. The photos are accurate but really don't do the home justice. I hope to book here again in the future!

Had a very enjoyable stay here. Brent was very accommodating and was exceptionally easy to communicate with. He made the whole thing as easy as possible. The place is very comfortable, has many places to hang out and everything you might need stocked in the kitchen. It's also very walkable to many places to eat and drink.

We had a great time here at this home, it was spacious, clean, close to Walmart, Publix, dollar general, and not far from the airport. The pool was the biggest hit it was heated and really good size, with a shallow end and a deep end. That is where we spent most of our time. The grill was an added bonus as we love grilling out. They also have a highchair, pack n play, 2 boosters, a crib, Baby saucer, and we bought 2 box fans when we stayed and left them there since we couldn’t take them back with us. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Tampa area.

My Kids and I enjoyed our short stay for Spring Break. Jacklyn/Fernando were very kind and ensured we had all we needed. The boys really enjoyed the Clubhouse and pool area.

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

Absolutely spotless. Great master bed and shower. Very nice coffee set up with sweetener and creamer. Plenty of pods to choose from. Wonderful snack basket. To top it off a golf cart is provided. Would definitely stay again.

Ariane's place was a great place to stay, it had everything and more in the house (including a spice cabinet, air fryer, a crockpot and plenty of pots & pans). It was only a few minute walk to the community pool area! Great location, nice house, and comfortable beds.
