Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint John

Really nice and spacious. Loved the 2 balconies and access to 2 beaches. Only downside was having to drive. it's about 20 minutes to any restaurants open for dinner and driving through st. johns was really challenging.

Stayed here for a my birthday trip. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable with plenty of towels/ linens and fully stocked for a vacation. Elena was an amazing host- very kind and accommodating. Made sure we were welcomed at check-in and personally handed keys. She even gave me a small gift! She also helped arrange the airport transfer (Manny) who ended up becoming our new friend & driver the entire stay. Cannot thank her enough for going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The area is very safe and peaceful. Having the golf cart included was a huge benefit since it’s quite inside Jolly Harbor. The golf cart was perfect for getting around in the complex, going to the beach, getting groceries, etc. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Antigua, home away from home, this is great. I’d definitely book again.

I was on a solo trip, Shaquille was very accommodating, he offered to pick me up once I landed into the country. He's an extraordinary person with such grace and great hospitality. I could not of have a wonderful time without him. He tailored to my vacation, giving his time to accompany where I wanted to go. He's knowledgeable about the Island and was able to give me advised in my interests. I will recommend his accommodation anytime.

I personally didn’t make it to the trip due to unforeseen circumstances. But my sisters had a great time in Antigua and that’s mostly because of our lovely host Sofie. From handling the tourism taxes, to providing transportation suggestions when we asked, Sofie was always responsive and just a text away. Our stay at Villa Sophie was great! Upon check in, Devon (the house manager) greeted us and made us feel very welcome. There was a small neighborhood disruption, but Devon made sure to provide us with all the necessities needed during that time. The house had enough room for our party of 8 and had plenty of towels for use during our stay. The location is also very convenient as it is located close to many of the places on our itinerary such as Kai Koconut, Wild Tamarin, Jolly Beach, miracle’s restaurant, etc… there is also a market not too far from the house. Overall, we highly recommend and we’ll definetely return if the opportunity presents itself ! Thank you Sophie and Devon 🙏

Our stay at Bay House was exactly what we expected, based on what we saw and learned about the property prior to arriving. Emalyn, the property manager, was fantastic with getting us checked in and informing us of everything we needed to know. The property is very well maintained and has beautiful landscaping. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The restaurants across the street and the grocery store just up the road are super convenient. Howard coordinated the reservation of a rental car for us upon arrival at the airport, and both the pick-up and drop off went very smoothly. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property and owner!

I am a repeat guest. I am very proud to say that. Just like the first visit, Jamila was responsive and attentive. Check in was easy. I am just technologically slow. That slight setback was easily resolved. My poor mother jumped when she heard Jamila’s voice through the intercom. My family was very comfortable. They were even more comforted when the standby generator kicked in when electricity went. Thanks Jamila for your support during what could have been an even more difficult stay. Our home in Antigua. Splendid. Mommy spoke all the time how nice the house was. She had to wash. It was then I knew it officially. Too notch. Much thanks. Always appreciate your support.

This property is an older property and there was a hot water issue when I arrived. Nevertheless, the apartment was spacious and well-appointed with an AC that worked exceptionally well. It had all the practical amenities that mattered and an unexpected plus of a generator that worked when the electricity went out during my stay.

Staying at the McAlister’s was the best part of the whole trip the family is so amazing and welcoming. Amazing view and close to all of the local things to do! They were very responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything and it made it feel like home away from home. Will definitely stay again!

Such an amazing place perfect for traveling solo or traveling with a friend. The place has everything you need. Also if you need to take some work calls or video calls, the internet is great! The place is near the main road and it’s an easy to get to spot. Highly recommend this place!

Silvia is such a lovely host. Right off the bat, she was so welcoming and gave us a tour of the place. Very clean, quiet area and very safe. My best friend and I wanted to travel somewhere tropical and loved this location. This was our first time in Antigua; valley church beach is walkable with beautiful sunsets. Fox house restaurant is right by the Airbnb and is delish. Bus system is pretty easy and cheap for transportation. Silvia had wonderful recommendations for places to go and has a great taxi driver recommendation. Silvia was also very responsive and even drove us to the grocery store because we were so young and didn’t know how to drive yet. Overall, such an amazing experience and such a great host. Will recommend to anyone coming to Antigua.

After a week up north completely surrounded by rustling palms I needed expansive sky, sea views and sunsets. With a wonderful view from my balcony and very comfy bed and pillows, Passion Village was perfect. An easy 5min walk to Valley Church Beach, end to end, it’s long enough for either total tranquility to entertaining busy. Check out Sun Fusion Restaurant and Bar. Perfectly placed en route to beach, it has delicious eat in or take away daily specials, lovely staff and good vibes music. Tiziano, thank you for your excellent pre arrival communication and welcome. I loved my short, very chilled out stay at Passion Village.

Simonetta is a very kind host, responds quickly, and communicates often. Location is close to the airport and feels safe. The view is the best part. It’s a cute and cozy apartment with everything you need but just a little old, so keep in mind the water pressure is very weak and it’s not brand new furnishings. We still enjoyed our stay and it’s a good value for money. Thank you!

12 Marina Bay is a lovely apartment with fantastic views! The location is great with two beaches and restaurants/bars within walking distance. There are free loungers for the nearest beach. We spent most evenings on the balcony watching the incredible, ever-changing views over the Caribbean Sea and small inlet we were living above. The apartment had everything we needed and Snezana was nearby to help with anything else we required, including a lift to the nearby, well-stocked supermarket. I would not hesitate to recommend this for a vacation.

From the moment I booked ... response was within 30 minutes and I was in an emergency situation. Everything about this rental was GREAT. COMMUNICATION was #1 with both Mr & Mrs. I loved that the property was well kept & well lite up. Made me feel super safe. I got IMMEDIATE responses to any of my questions or needs. Very clean property and condo. Beautiful beach and VERY WELL MAINTAINED. Over night we got ALOT of Sargasm on the beach and when I tell you Bob had it cleaned up IMMEDIATELY. Location, location, location!!! An amazing spot - just perfect - absolute paradise on that stunning stretch of beach 👌 The apartment itself was excellent, spacious & very well appointed with carefully chosen furniture & accessories. The outdoor grill was indeed a bonus & we made good use of it. Sarah was friendly, helpful & quick to respond to any queries. Fully recommend without hesitation.

The house is absolutely beautiful, new, clean, and spacious, located in an excellent position. The hosts, Chelsie and Jenny, are fantastic and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by offering to assist me with booking restaurants and excursions. Gayle's condo was amazing!! The patio area was beautiful, large and private. You just walk right out to the beach and a awesome beach bar right next door. Was super convenient. The location is perfect, direct beach ocean front. Couldn't ask for more. Gayle is a great host and responds so fast. Dickenson Bay is a great beach area and this condo was amazing!

This was my second time in Antigua but first time in Dickenson Bay. Great location, the place looked better than the photos; quite literally right on the water. The host was incredibly communicative and flexible with me in light of some airline issues. Will be booking here again in the future for my solo trips.
