On the ground floor, parking space in front of the property to load and unload things. Clean and functional accommodation. Sebastien is always as kind. Would definitely stay again. We had a pleasant weekend in the Houseboat. It's really an unusual place, where we're lulled by the small waves, and the boat owners are respectful. Alexandre was super responsive every time we had contact together. Note that you must follow the instructions that Alexandre provides in the videos.
