Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Saint-Jean-de-Védas

We were in a small village house on 2 floors, well appointed. The rooms are not very large but warm with their wood paneling. The house was clean and although not present on site, Mathieu responded quickly to my messages. The street is not very wide and a little old-fashioned but we were in the house. The terrace is nice, not overlooked and there is even a hot tub. In terms of the sound atmosphere, it was very quiet. On the other hand, be careful if you have small children because the stairs are steep. There is a handrail to go up to the 2nd but not for the 1st. There is a support to accommodate a child safety door on the 1st but it was not present. Maybe it's possible to have it if you ask. Thank you for a very good stay and for loaning us your home.

We booked this place for two people for a week. We were very well received, Béatrice is very friendly and knows the surroundings very well for tourist ideas. The space is large for two people, we weren't stepping on each other's toes. It has two air conditioners, making the stay very pleasant during the strong heat. Despite the very close proximity of the owners, we felt in a home just for ourselves, with our independence. Access to the pool was very nice I would recommned this property.

We stayed with friends and families at the place. It is well located if you want to stay in a calm and peaceful place while easily connected to the town. The place was clean, easy to find and access, and with lots of amenities for family and friends. We definitely recommend the place.

These few days of romantic vacation with our 2 dogs were perfect in Fanny's apartment, quiet, relaxing and refreshing with the hot tub and all the comforts possible! Small downside (not Fanny's fault) the site sends to another address if we click on the link.

Beautiful house, very pleasant and functional, according to the photos, nothing is missing! Tastefully decorated, special mention for the garden and hot tub that crown everything, the house is just perfect, has no vis-à-vis and is very peaceful. A little slice of paradise on the doorstep of a vibrant market town. The house was beautiful - spacious, well-equipped - in the most wonderful grounds with a glorious pool. We were a stone’s throw from the centre of town with incredible day and night markets, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and more. Chantal was a perfect host - calling to check we’d settled in - and Irina met us to handover keys and show us round. We’ve searched for almost two decades for the perfect place in France - we think we’ve just found it…

Great place with lots of bathrooms and toilets. A room dedicated to relaxation. Everything is very clean and cozy, from lights to furniture. Special mention for the large hot tub. We had a great time with friends in this house.

Very pleasant place & perfect stay Eric is a friendly and welcoming person. The accommodation is very clean and functional (barbecue,hot tub,dishwasher...) the outdoor space where the pool is located is spacious, you immediately feel comfortable! I highly recommend it.

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. A true gem. House was immaculate and communication was easy. My family and I rented both villas—the places were well equipped to host so many people! The location was beautiful, town a quick drive away with tons of wonderful restaurants. We hope to come back!
