This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and found it to be ideal. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice. There are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops in the area. With any luck we'll be back again next year.

This place is great for both short and long term stays. I highly recommend it without reservation.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

The place is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need and it’s gorgeous! Bedding is high-end and the bed super comfortable. Location is perfect, just two blocks from Jean Médecin and shopping/restaurants/trams. Very safe for a solo traveler as there is a locked gate to the property as well as a triple lock entry door. The garden is lovely and private with a small lemon tree and comfortable seating. Highly recommend Michele’s place. Two things to note but definitely not deal breakers: because the apartment is not at street level very little sunlight enters(probably great in the summer) and the shower nozzle is set too low, at about waist height. But other than that it’s one of the nicest, most perfectly arranged Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at during my extensive travels. Only 15 min walk to the sea/promenade/old town as well. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

the location was excellent 👌. easy access, lift available. the apartment was very clean. it was a little noisy in the square early morning, due to work at the old market, and temporarily sited opposite apartment . but overall a very pleasant stay.

Very nice quiet accommodation, as described with shops nearby on foot. Thomas was friendly and flexible on the checkout time description. Excellent for visiting this beautiful region.

This villa is superb, very well equipped, easy to access and to park. Most importantly, it has magnificent views. Francesca and Matthieu are very welcoming hosts, caring and quick to respond to any questions, or help you right away if you're missing a few things… The villa is ideal because you are in your quiet corner while being very close to all amenities and of course the beach, the center, the port etc… A little gem ☀️💕

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

This a gorgeous place beautifully located in the cutest town of Rochetta Nervina. The apartment has great taste and it is really a treat to stay there. I felt really lucky to have found this place.

Perfectly independent arrival, clean and functional accommodation, very nice villa with quiet pool. Close to all shops. Laurence was very responsive and attentive.

We had a lovely stay in Jesper‘s place. Everything was super easy and smooth handled to begin with the communication with Jesper as well as check-in and check-out etc. It‘s a great place for a group vacation. Quiet area, easy to access and not far from supermarkets, Nice, Cannes or Grasse or other places. The house was super clean and had everything you need if you would like to cook or hang out at the pool area. I also enjoyed my pilates units there. I can recommend this place and Jesper, Anne and Bonnie as hosts. Really nice Airbnb experience.

The house has a really great location, you can easily get both in the direction of Cannes/Nice/Monaco as well as in the direction of St Tropez. If you prefer to be in nature, the area offers great nature for excursions in addition to the cities and beaches. The house is cozy, has a great view towards the sea and into the hilly hinterland and is very quiet in a gated community. Particularly noteworthy is Alena as a hostess, she responds very quickly and is always helpful and strives to ensure that the guests are doing well and is very warm in her dealings. Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Jurjen is a great host, we had a wonderful time at his place! The Hause was super clean and matched the description. The location is also great. We would loved to come back again sometime!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Really loved my stay in the studio! Is very well equipped, in a great location and the balcony with a view is 👌. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base to explore south of France!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Kane and Brigitte were the perfect hosts. Their place was wonderful. We were visiting family in the area and their AirBnB made the perfect place to gather for conversation and even meals. The kitchen was fully outfited which enable use to create several dinners and the grounds were loving as were the views. I would highly recommend staying at their place. We will definitely be back in the future.
