Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Saint James City

The house was very nice. Looked like the pics and had everything our crew needed. Barbara was a great host who was very helpful and responsive. We will rent this place again when working in the area.

Kim allowed for early check in! She was very responsive when we had a few questions. We can during a tropical storm and allowed us an 1hr later checkout. We were unable to get the outdoor fireplace to work but it was during the storm so possible it was windy and I never contacted Kim regarding this. We were 2 families 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and kitchen was perfect. Kids enjoyed the games provided along with the arcade and of course, their favorite was the pool and the closet full of full accessories / toys! Beautiful home we would definitely stay again! We did run a boat, but we had to cancel as there is a dog, but no lift. This wouldn’t be an issue if there wasn’t a storm.

I can’t say enough about Guisella and her house. She was responsive, thoughtful and friendly. Her house was super clean and was perfect for us. We were in town for a Little League tournament in Fort Myers. The house was convenient to the field and perfect for our 3 adults and 2 kids. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the house to everyone!!

I had a wonderful time at Utopia’s resort. Very comfy couch, and endless tv options. I loved how close the home is to main roads, yet far enough away to feel private. I felt safe with the security cameras outside as well as ADT protecting the house. Definitely will stay again if I’m in the area!

Great place, location and great host. Home was ready and welcoming and one of the best airbnbs to date. 10 out of 10. Jason thought of everything you would need staying at their home. Look forward to a return visit when we’re in town again.

This was an amazing house. Dean responds quickly for anything you need. The house was even more beautiful in person than it was in the photos. it has literally even you need. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The home was furnished beautifully. I work from home and there is even a big, spacious desk to work at. I will definitely stay at this home again! 5 stars for sure!

We had a great holiday week in Kyle’s lovely home. The home was spotless and well stocked, and decorated adorably for the season. Breakfasts on the upstairs deck gazing at the water on two sides were a special treat. We saw a great blue heron almost every day, and sighted an adorable woodpecker as well. Thanks for a great stay!

Apartment was clean, accessible, and quiet. Never heard anything upstairs. The pool was nice, but the jacuzzi was even better. I would recommend to anyone. We also liked the fact that Valerie provided a couple of chairs for the beach. Close to Publix and kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of meals. We will go back and stay at this location

Great place with all of the amenities needed for a perfect weekend away. Pickle ball, bocce, cornhole, basketball, heated pool and amazing workout facility. Has everything needed to enjoy your time in the sun. A great oasis

Anne’s place was top notch! We recommend a stay at this beautiful upstairs retreat. So clean and so many amenities including two sets of new washers and dryers, kayaks in the backyard (which we took advantage of through the beautiful mangroves which are right there). There is a fire table in backyard, grill and charcoal, a fire ring in the front yard with firewood available. Plenty of toiletries and linens. Definitely a favorite thus far!

Perfect for what we needed!!

This was our first trip to Sanibel Island since Christmas 2021. We used to visit every Christmas and owned property that we lost to Hurricane Ian. We had a lovely stay at Palmer’s place. The location was great - a short few minutes walk to the beach, very bikeable and quiet. I was worried that the island would not be ready for guests again, but we had a lovely time seeing lights, getting ice cream, biking and shelling. There is still some construction, some owners and still rebuilding, and some businesses are still recovering. However, there is enough on the island to enjoy your stay - restaurants, bikes, beach access, and roads/bike paths in good shape! Palmer’s place was enjoyable - the Palm View studio had everything we needed, and amenities including bikes and laundry. The bathroom was so lovely, and the shower was amazing after a day in the sun. The small kitchen had a microwave and induction top, good for quick meals, and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend this stay!

The location and accommodations were perfect for us! We were in town to celebrate grandchildren’s birthdays. We were close to my son’s home, shopping and restaurants.
