Eiffel Tower - Charming 1 BD apt

This apartment is literally steps from the Eiffel Tower. First floor flat at the back of a private courtyard. There was always an UBER right out front as there are 10 cafes/restaurants within 50 yards and all were excellent. It was a short walk to the Metros. We were all over Paris for the Olympics and while navigating the massive security added some time to a few of our travels, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Melissa was a sensational host (we added an extra night to our reservation at the last minute) and accommodated our late check-out so we could enjoy an “extra” day in Paris without lugging our bags everywhere. If I return to Paris, this will be at the top of my list when searching for a place to call home.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and cozy, clean and tidy, designed in a Parisian style with a lot of character, equipped with everything you need for maximum comfort - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, dining area, living room with large windows and a cozy terrace, overlooking the street. The neighborhood is calm and comfortable, with several restaurants and a supermarket just across the street. In addition, there is a metro שמג נוד stations nearby. Jean Fabrice was available, but also left recommendations for restaurants in the vicinity. In conclusion, a perfect experience! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Paris with a real homely feel.

We had good contact with Caroline and she offered to bring our suitcases into the accommodation while she was still in the process of preparing them. At the place we found everything we needed, which was really well equipped. The sofa in the living room was more for a child than 2 adults, but it was perfect for us. There was everything you need such as hairdryer, toaster, TV, etc. The first night it was very noisy in the house, the house is clairaudient. I recommend earplugs. But the surroundings are great, there are lots of restaurants, bakers and bus and metro are close by. We would definitely return because for us the apartment was perfect.

Magical rue des Martyrs 9th. 1 wk min & long term

We have stayed at hotels and other apartments in Paris, however our Rue Des Martyrs home for 19 days exceeds all others. The street is like no other in Paris totally lined with shops featuring fresh fruits, cheese, meat, seafood, restaurants and delicious prepared food; plus it has a storied past. The entrance to the inner apartments of the building passes through a lobby to the courtyard then to a back annex building. Unique and very safe! We are in our mid 70’s and learned to be very careful navigating the narrow staircase to access the small elevator to the apartment. Step inside and see its signs of age with characteristic creaky floors and antique furniture and be awed by the space and light. It features a modern, obviously professionally designed kitchen, top of the line appliances including not only a washer but dryer as well! The beds comfortable, the showers ample with modern fixtures. The photos on the site accurately display the rooms and host communication with great.

This apartment was just perfect for me and my teenagers. We each had our own bedrooms, which is a luxury in Paris. Having two full bathrooms was also a bonus and really helped us get out the door faster in the morning. Joel was very responsive and answered my messages and questions quickly. It was a great experience to stay here and I recommend it.

We loved every minute at Pascal’s apartment!! The view of Invalides from the living room was wonderful! The view of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom was just as wonderful! You can’t beat a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. 2 minute walk to the Metro made it easy to get anywhere in the city. Amazing and responsive hosts. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful host with a wonderful place. Eloise was very communicative and was there to greet us upon arrival. The place is just as described and was our safe haven during our stay. The metro is steps away and we had easy access to all of Paris. I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the plenty restaurants around the apartments and prepare food in the kitchen straight from the markets. We had a nightcap every night at the Bistro Arts et Metiers Next door. The bedroom is facing the courtyard and has a window and is very quiet. We never heard anyone else. The elevator was a life saver with our luggage and even sometimes after an exhausting day walking around Paris. The bed is comfortable, my husband was comfy, it was on the hard side for me but I am sensitive to European style mattresses and bring m own blow up mattress topper. I would say it was a 5/10 on soft vs hard.

So this was my first time traveling with another family, so totaling 4 adults two 8 year olds, a 4 and 2 year old. This apartment gave us all enough privacy and work space as two of us had to work from Paris. We cooked breakfast every morning while literally walking to the corner to get fresh baked bread. Eating a robust breakfast is key when traveling with kids, the kitchen allows for all of us to sit and eat together! We never had to wait for a bathroom or shower! We made sure there was laundry so we could pack light, the washer and dryer are easy to use. Transportation was a simple walk to the subway / metro. Everything was awesome! My wife and I had a earlier arrival time, Michael allow us not only to leave our bags in the apt but also check in way earlier! Thank you for that, because my kids didn’t sleep in the plane:/ I would highly recommend this apt!

I am a fan of the original concept in Airbnb’s; where you are renting an actual persons home. I like to support a real person and not a corporate entity that is making a real estate play and modeling their rentals with cheap but photographical appointments. Danielle place caught my eye for location, and it looked comfortable and homey with a full list of amenities. What made my mind up was Danielle herself. I was more than happy to rent her place after the first message exchange and reading her bio. Immediately upon entering her place you feel her personality I highly recommend to any traveler or couple who likes a very honey feel. Everything is more than fine in terms of comfort. The small street keeps the noise from the adjacent street to a minimum. The neighborhood is full of cafes and specialty food shopping. There is ample space in the main studio and the kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. There’s a small terrace which is a plus. 5 stars in every category

It was a really nice place to stay in Paris! First of all, the kitchen, bedroom, and living room were spacious and separated, so it wasn't uncomfortable. There were plenty of amenities inside, more than what was listed, so it was easy to cook. And most importantly, the interior of the accommodation was clean, so I had a good stay! Outside the accommodation, there is a subway station within a 2-minute walk, and 3 subway lines within 5 minutes, so it was very convenient to get around, wherever you go in Paris. It was so nice to be able to see the Eiffel Tower on foot near the accommodation, so I think it would be even better for those who prioritize the Eiffel Tower. Even in my case, I was satisfied to see the Eiffel Tower every night and day. I felt safe because there were two restaurants right near the accommodation, and I felt safe because the embassy was located on the street. The host also provided tips about the neighborhood and kept caring, so it was really the perfect place to stay in Paris! I want to stay again next time I go to Paris.❤️

The apartment matches the photos and even a little bigger than we imagined. Close to the subway and shops, it's easy to go wherever you want. The neighborhood is quiet. The bedding was perfect, we slept very well. The apartment is very well suited for a couple. Vanessa is super friendly and very responsive to messages.

I had a great week in this small but clean and cozy apartment. It is located in the backyard and hence extremely quiet, despite the bursting outside. Perfectly located, walkable everywhere, minutes from the beautiful canal. Ulisse is very responsive and helping host. Very recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at Nathalie's place. We regretted only staying two days. The landscapes of La Défense are grandiose but it remains calm. The accommodation is close to a metro station which allows you to quickly reach the heart of Paris. Nathalie was very responsive and accommodating regarding our departure. I would this property. In summer, however, it must be hot enough, so when you leave the accommodation, remember to close the exterior shutters and open the French window a crack so that the temperature is more pleasant.

Best of locations to be found in Paris. Walkable to the Lourve , Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, etc. The neighborhood has countless restaurants, cafes, and shops; easy metro and taxi stand. Stephanie's place was very clean and adequately furnished and supplied. Stephanie's was great in quickly responding to any questions. It's a great value, we were comfortable and greatly enjoyed our week-long stay.

Marie's sweet, tiny apartment is a gem! Only a few stairs away from Sacré Coeur in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself though is quiet and a perfect place to stay. We loved it and would definitely come back, not least because Marie has been absolutely generous with the check-in and check-out times, which made our short trip so much more comfortable. Everything went well, attentive and available host. Very well located, close to everything. Unique detail is the smell of mold in the environment, that gave me a little allergy, but I understand that the weather conditions and the solar position did not help much. Situation that is out of the reach of the host to resolve, but registering here because if the guest has an allergic problem, you will feel it.
