charming quiet cottage and seaside

Everything was perfect. The cottage is very comfortable, spacious and nicely appointed but, above all, its location is great. The sea is literally out of the street. I was with my dog and we were able to take very long and beautiful walks by the sea. Thank you Isabelle for your welcome, I hope to be able to come back in 2025.

In the heart of the Ria

It's a very pleasant place to stay, close to restaurants and shops. From Pornic you can explore the coast very well. Pornic is an enchanting seaside resort where there is something new to discover right away. It is not spectacular there but very relaxing in a well-kept and quiet way. The car can be safely parked on the property, and you are well on foot or by bike. The house has a very good equipment. In the kitchen there is everything you need. If you can speak French, then you can enjoy the great comics collection. What bothered us a bit was the drain in the bathroom. It smelled a little pleasant sometimes. But otherwise: great! We would like to recommend the place and would also book there again if we go to Pornic again.

For the 2nd time and with great pleasure, we stayed at Maryline's place. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean; everything is done to feel "at home" (with the ocean as a neighbor). Maryline is a responsive, accommodating, and caring host. If we have a chance, we would be happy to come back and recharge our batteries at the Bernerie.

Super pleasant accommodation: bright, spacious, functional, well isolated, quiet, in a great environment. And Joëlle is a great host who makes sure her tenants are well settled: basic products provided for a simple check-in (garbage bags, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc.); accommodating in terms of schedules. The accommodation is ideally located with its shops nearby and great walks on the beaches within walking distance. I recommend this accommodation and this host, and we'll be back with pleasure, thank you Joëlle 🙂

Great stay in Emmanuelle and Régis's house. The house is very well equipped, spacious, the bedding is impeccable. Numerous board games and books for the children. The terrace is lovely. Nearby: coastal paths and small beaches. You can do anything on foot. Emmanuelle and Régis are welcoming and available. Thank you for the refreshing and relaxing trip.

Very good stay in this very well-equipped and well-located Airbnb to get to Sauveterre beach on foot (about 30 to 40 minutes' walk) or by free shuttle (parking right in front of the Airbnb). Valerie was very welcoming and responsive, and was able to answer all our questions as soon as we arrived on site. The only downside was the presence of an infant child (2-3 years) in the Airbnb next door: if you are sensitive to noise or you wish to be able to enjoy good late mornings, remember to ask Valerie before booking if you may have a family with young children as neighbors because it resonates a lot (we were woken up almost every day around 7 a.m. by the little one who was crying as soon as you woke up and spent the morning dropping her toys on the floor and running... not terrible for the holidays but good, they are the children...). Other than that, the accommodation is very quiet!

Charming house between downtown and beaches.

Beautiful well equipped house and located near the center. Nice quiet garden. We were able to rent bikes nearby and get around the island easily. Our girls went every day in a few minutes to the nautical center. The modern decor was pleasant and the plenty of storage available was convenient. We stayed in this house for two weeks and were able to make the most of it. Géraldine and Pierre were responsive. The handbook they had written was full of good tips for restaurants and tours. Noirmoutier is a destination to live in summer and by bike. In short, a beautiful stay in a home that we highly recommend.

We had a great Christmas with the family in this beautiful newly renovated and very well-equipped house. The accommodation complies with the description. The spaces allow you to enjoy time and activities together (we were 13 people, from 17 to 82 years old), while being able to relax at other times. Marc was available and responsive. We recommend!

5 star review for 5 star super-host and perfect place. Christophe is a great host. Giving us great tips (we went Biking at Isle d’Yeu, catamaran sailing at noirmoutier,…) and always on the look-out to help / have a friendly chat. The place has a very charming swimming pool surrounded by flowers and herbs which can be used to cook on the BBQ. In short everything is there to have a wonderfull stay. We didn’t spend much time indoors but it’s very well renovated and Christophe keeps it in excellent conditions
