i spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment. Everything is well thought out, a very nice little terrace. I didn't have the chance to meet Jean-Pierre, Catou his partner is very nice and attentive, and then his jams are excellent. Thank you very much for this welcome.

It was a perfect stay. Excellent hosting. The studio was very clean. Bathroom very good. Jean-Paul had turned on the heating before my arrival (mid-January, freezing temperatures) so it was very nice. A dinner aperitif was even organized with the neighbors who shared the same passion as me. Having the car in the garden as well as a set of keys allows us to be serene and to live our life as we see fit. I highly recommend this place!

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was comfortable and convenient, very well decorated, with all the necessities. The home has a sunny, unoverlooked exterior. A very nice apartment, which is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The terrace is really nice. It is located in a very cute small residence, very clean and quiet, the place is very peaceful and the pool is really a plus. The accommodation is very well located, 10-15 minutes from the beaches, the port. Meze is a very nice little village. We had a lovely stay and we will remember this place. Thank you for the warm welcome and availability. We are delighted!

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

Very good stay, excellent hosting. Flawless accommodation, very nice with pool and air conditioning. Well located, only downside is that it's near a cooperative and bottling is sometimes noisy but the owners are not to blame.

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood with bars, restaurants and dhops all within easy walking distance, and close to the trams. Virginie was very helpful and responded immediately to all requests, including extra keys and parking 😀

We had a very good welcome from Claudine, the house is as shown in the photos, the place is very quiet and relaxing, I would highly recommend this rental and we will be happy to come back. A large living space downstairs and 3 large bedrooms upstairs. We parked 3 vehicles without any problems, 6 minutes' walk to be at the edge of the pond on the restaurant side, otherwise 300 m to be at the edge of the pond.

We had an amazing stay at Marc and Sarah's house! We are a family of four who stayed in the house for about 10 weeks. We had an impeccable time from start to finish. The house and garden are very pretty, and are located in the cozy village of Assas. The place is ideal for walks in the beautiful surroundings of the property. Communication from the hosts, as well as kindness and the service from the helpers was fantastic. Recommend everyone to visit the house!

Daniel is a very friendly host. We had a great time at this house at the foot of the sea. A special mention for the possibility of sharing this stay with our dog…the best.
