The accommodation is very close to the train station, it is not on the road side, so it is very quiet, and the host is concerned about your arrival and very available if you have any questions. The bedding is comfortable. Only small clarification that can be important for some people, the elevator was broken, you have to be able to go up the floors.

Very clean accommodation, easy to access, clear instruction, bed linen, bath linen, 2 bathrooms for 4 very convenient. Beds made at check-in. Julien had bought us a great drink for the evening of our arrival 😉 and brownies and compotes for breakfast the next day And cherry on the cake, the Penthouse terrace offers a magnificent view to lose sight of. Too bad the weather didn't allow us to enjoy. In summer, it must be superb. I recommend it.

Had a great time at Julien's place. Thank you again for hosting us. The apartment is very functional. The stay is pleasant despite the indirect light. All amenities are available (Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...). I only used the wifi. We hear the noise from the hallway but there is little passage so personally it was not disturbing. The apartment is very well located near shops and especially near the Parc de la Tête d 'Or. So overall a really nice time.

This is not the first time I've been to this listing. It's always perfectly maintained. Corresponds to the description perfectly. It is nice, well arranged and secure. Easy access.

A fifteen minute ( unless you do too much window-shopping!) interesting and level walk from Perrache station makes it readily accessible. Excellent and stylish accomodation in an outstanding location for exploring Lyon Vieux Ville.

We were 10 people five adults and five children who came for a wedding in a nearby estate. Everything went very well, the house was perfectly clean, well furnished and well equipped. Agnes is a welcoming and friendly host with whom it is easy to connect. Agnes shared a lot of flexibility with check-in and checkout. Excellent welcome and checkout with Tina, very quiet accommodation, extremely clean and tidy and with a parking space: what more could you ask for? In addition, all the essentials for our 17-month-old baby was available (umbrella bed with new mattress! , bath kit, high chair). And the value for money is really up to you. The accommodation that is on the ground floor of the house (semi-buried for the bedroom) is very coquettish and remains bright. Large glass window for entry and 2 windows (garden level) in bedroom and main room. It is spacious and well appointed. Nadine had turned on the heater for our arrival. The neighborhood is very quiet. We couldn't enjoy the outdoors because of the weather. Perfect for 2 as a pied à terre and explore the area. We'll be back
