We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is perfect, pretty, quiet, the view is beautiful, and all the necessary equipment is there. Easy to park, the beach is just a few meters away. It's a nice apartment! There were two of us and that was fine. A lovely bed, nice shower and equipped with every comfort. The communication with Steevie was pleasant, he is friendly and responds quickly.

A second stay still at the top for us 3 ( 2 adults and a 2 year old child). The apartment is really nice and very well located ( cove right next door, view of Collioure, quiet residence, you can go to the center of Collioure easily etc.). We were as well received as last time! Thank you so much! We'll probably be back!

Great stay! Very well located apartment, close to the port on foot and 10 min walk to a beach. True to the description. Clean and well equipped. Very convenient parking space. Maybe a lack of soundproofing in the living room for the person sleeping on the sofa bed, but not too disturbing because it's quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive to our requests/questions. Thanks for staying!

Sébastien was responsive and understanding despite our delay in the scheduled time of the accommodation. Apartment with sea views from the balcony, beach very quickly accessible, pets are allowed. A very pleasant and attentive host.

We had a great week at Françoise's apartment, all the conditions were there, the apartment is very clean, tastefully furnished, very well located, every morning we sat at sunrise, just a beautiful moment! A few very pleasant days spent at Sandra and Sylvain's. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished farmhouse. Thanks to Sandra for her responsiveness during our exchanges and to Elodie on our departure (and for the rousquilles on arrival😊).

We enjoyed our vacation in the house very much and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The location of the house is great and the terrace overlooking the sea is fantastic, you want to jump right in. The house is well appointed and as shown in photos . We can definitely recommend it and will be back😊.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as in the pictures and very well maintained. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The sea view is fantastic and you can walk directly from the terrace down to the bay. The house is in a very well maintained complex with its own fenced parking. You can walk in about 10 minutes to Port-Vendres or Collioure. We felt very comfortable there and would come back at any time.

We enjoyed staying with Claudie and Corinne very much. The apartment is hearty and has a very nice roof terrace. From there the view of the sea and the Pyrenees is simply fantastic. Corinne and Claudie were very straightforward and helpful. They are very attentive and nice hosts. Thank you for everything.

Really adorable, functional and cozy, even in the middle of winter. Perfect location, quiet but close to all amenities. Shore a few meters away and seaside 15min walk... in short, ideal! I would come back 🙂

Had a bit of trouble finding the place, but that was more to do with my satnav I think. Apartment was absolutely fine, no issues at all, patio area was in full sun most of the day too,. Location was perfect, literally 3 mins walk to beach and local bars and restaurants. Only used the car once all week, got everything we needed from local shops, caught the bus into Perpignan to save driving and parking.. would definitely recommend Raphael and his apartment to anyone Keith & Gill

We've been there in January. We arrived very well at the apartment. It was with the right temperature. None of the 2 days we were able to park in the private and gated car park. Controller issue. In front of the apartment, however, there is a large free parking area. The perfect, minimalist and beautiful apartment.

Impeccable apartment with a magnificent sea view. You have access to the beach downstairs from the building. The only downside is that there is no Clim and during a heat wave it is the insured furnace.

The apartment is as described in the listing, arrival is very easy, there is a lot of space to park right behind the house and the house has everything to spend a good stay. The bed is very comfortable and we loved that it had toys and books for our daughter! It also has coffee for breakfast. 100% recommended!
