Pascal did a great job of letting us know there is a home under construction just below the home. The noise was not bad at all. The home is open so relying on the breeze over the windward side of the island is important. The bedroom has AC which is nice if your are staying in the summer and the kitchen has everything you will ever need. Tania, the co-host, is amazing and such a great help as she knows just about everything about the island.

This place is truly magical—I almost wish I could keep it a secret so I can book it again in the future. The home is authentic, secluded, and incredibly special, offering a unique and private retreat.

Very nice place!! The hosts were very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed from the pick up the first day to drop off the last day. Very nice view and modern house.

Don’t hesitate to book this place. What you see in the photos and description are exactly what you get. This is truly the bargain of St Barths. The cottage isn’t big but it works perfectly for 2 people. Vitet is a great location with easy drives to the beaches or to La Petite Colombe for your morning baguette. Marie Eliane is a great host, responsive and caring and arranged for weekly cleaning and changing of towels and sheets. It feels nice and quiet and the most intrusive neighbors are the tortoises.

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s quiet and perfectly appointed. Chloe and Wendy are both so nice and easy to talk with. They are high vibration people!

I have a nice stay at James' apartment. I decided to extend my stay 5 days last minute so James was able to accommodate me. The unit is close to the airport, St. Jean and Gustavia ( 5 minutes or so). It's private and comfortable, well-appointed with a spacious layout.

Perfect location and the place is really cute. Loved having a washer/dryer! Nico was very helpful.

We absolutely loved Ashley and Kristina’s apartment in Gustavia. The place has everything you need and is in the perfect location. The home is so inviting and temps you to skip your plans to just stay in. Cannot wait to come back.

The circumstances of our travel greatly reflect the character of the owner, Dimitri. On Xmas Day, we encountered an issue with our accommodation at another villa. Dimitri facilitated our last-minute booking on a holiday and also personally met us and assisted in moving our items to the villa. His kindness added to our positive experience, sentiments that extend to his exceptional villa team. The photos do not capture the Villa’s true beauty. The views from the villa are stunning. Every aspect, from the linens and towels to the furniture and finer details, is of the highest quality. An unlisted yet noteworthy feature is its location just behind a salt pond leading to the beach. You can walk from there to the St. Bart’s Hotel and other hotels. Also of note is a hiking trail right behind the villa and you can launch pboards from the beach. In summary, our stay at this villa was nothing short of tremendous in every aspect. A heartfelt thanks to Dimitri for an unforgettable experience!

Bryan is the epitome of a great host. He is extremely communicative, and his place is as advertised. It is a 3-minute walk to Nikki Beach, a 5-minute walk to Eden Rock, and a 10–12-minute walk to Pearl Beach, and an even shorter (1-2 minute) walk to a host of restaurants and shops. This place is an affordable gem and an absolute steal. Bryan's place is comfortable, well-located, and easily accessible. I'd highly recommend to all travelers. Well done!

Absolute paradise! We didn’t want to leave! Suzanne and Clement made our stay so pleasant, we are forever grateful. We walked to the small beach each morning to swim, drive to town within 5 mins and had the most amazing stay. It felt like we were home. Had everything we needed, including daily cleaning which was very appreciated. Pool is heated, sunny terrace, loads of parking for cars , gym etc. Clement was kind and helped us from airport and deliver some snacks and wine upon arrival which were appreciated after a long day of travel! Thank you so much!!

We were welcomed by Cristina and her 2 girls. We arrived earlier than supposed and it was no issue at all! The place is great, each room has its own bathroom and the ac in each room work perfectly. The best part is that you are 10min drive away from any beach, hotel and beach club in the island. You do absolutely need a car but once you are set, exploring is easy form this location. You have a very convenient grocery store just 5min drive down to get your essentials. The pool is perfect but be careful as the tiles around the pool get slippery once wet. Cristina was always super helpful and responsive and we hope to come back as soon as we can. Thank you for welcoming us into your property.

What a beautiful and private location, the home is beautiful and overlooks a bay that is frequented by surfers. Since my wife and I stay at Airbnbs often, there are several criteria that's important to us that we evaluate: Comfy bed – covered with a mosquito net to avoid any bites, the bed was very comfortable! Internet – no problems for video calls and streaming services. A/C - available in the primary bedroom and office, it was quick and easy to cool off. View -- second to none, beautiful from all rooms in the house. Household amenities – everything we needed to prepare meals. Office space – cozy office area with a great connection and A/C. Host - we were blessed with great weather, although for one of the days, it was blustery and rainy - our host graciously checked in on us and told us that the weather would clear up. She had wonderful beach recommendations, as well! We also don't speak French and our host was very accommodating, communicating in English for us.
