We really enjoyed our stay. Minh was very responsive. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Everything you might want is in a twenty minute drive. Really good value. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay. The house was beautiful & spacious. Plenty of furniture inside & out back.. The pool was sparkling clean & in great condition, like everything else at this property. We had the pool heated, which the kids loved, & we all spent lots of time hanging outside on the large lanai. Neighboring homes are right on top of the pool area, so definitely need to abide by the "quiet rules" at night. This was no issue for us... Kitchen space was amazing & very well-equipped. We made great use of the washer & dryer & the included laundry soap! The beds were very comfortable, although maybe soft for some people's taste. This place is very close to Anna Maria Island & Robinson's Preserve, which we all enjoyed going to. Overall, we loved our stay & the family time this home offered us. Would definitely recommend!

My sister and I had a lovely stay at El Tropicale. We were attending a yoga retreat in Lakewood Ranch so the location was perfect. Very spacious and the pool is great! All communication was prompt and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay at beautiful Anna Maria Island. The hosts were extremely accommodating with everything. From the great pet policy to installing a new pool heater on the very first day, the hosts were responsive and friendly. The house is just as described, walkable to everything we wanted, and had everything we needed and more. We so appreciated the new beach chairs and pool heater. It was lovely to be able to swim in the cooler weather. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog and have the bayfront access directly across the back entrance. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful house in the old section of Sarasota. Literally minutes from the airport and 1/2 mile to Asolo theater and the museums. Easy access to main streets. Clean and well equipped, with a handy book of instructions (I’m always surprised by how uncommon that is). Clara was flexible and helpful and always very responsive. 20 or so minute drive to a beautiful public beach with the most amazing sand (there might be other closer beaches), but we wanted to see this sand and the parking is very easy. Less than 10 min drive to lots of great local restaurants with easy street parking. Really fun mini golf 1/2 mile away. If we had reason to go to Sarasota in the future I would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic time we had at this house! Michael went above and beyond to accommodate us. The house had so much fun going on inside that the kids didn’t want to leave and see the rest of Sarasota. :) So clean and so well decorated. We will defiantly be back!!

We were new to Sarasota rental and came down for Christmas week as family of 5 (3 adult sons). The place was perfect fit. 2 baths/showers; pool and patio; 5 mins to plazas and 10 mins to key places. Roma was quick when we had questions. Will stay here again.

Larisa's place was exactly how it was advertised. It was a great location with 10-15mins drive to downtown and the beaches. It was close to restaurants, groceries etc. Our little ones enjoyed the pool. Bring some toiletries when you come, other than that everything was available.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family who was in town for my nieces wedding. Had all amenities needed. Comfortable. Great location.

We had a great stay at Birute’s place! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, not far from beaches or downtown. Although the weather was too cold for a swim, the screened in pool area was really nice. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings drinking coffee and watching the birds and ducks out on the pond. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Sarasota.

Extremely Peaceful neighborhood. Backyard was the best- pool, lanai, landscaping was most pleasant. Leslie had everything that you need and then some- a lovely welcome basket is the icing. Plenty of necessaries like paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, body wash- truly felt like a welcome guest. Also so close to downtown- a lot of plusses.

We really enjoyed our stay! Just a short trip across the bridge to the beach. Excellent location and it was nice to come back from the beach and unwind and relax in the pool. Everything that you need to cook with is also available. Great yard and bbq as well. Thanks again for a great stay

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Wonderful hosts, Randy was extremely responsive when we had questions. The house was well stocked with toiletries, kitchen essentials etc. Would highly recommend his place! 10/10

Really enjoyed our stay, house was wonderful, clean and spacious-master bedroom was huge! Outdoor space was equally impressive with a good size salt water pool, bbq and patio furniture. Will was a great host, attentive and responsive, easy to communicate with. Check in went smoothly, all good-would definitely recommend!

Loved this place! This house was so comfy. It was located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Tammy was always very quick to respond to my questions. We all had plenty of room. A huge surprise was the giant walk-in closet. It felt very decadent. Would love to stay here again when we are in the area. The only drawback was that we had to plan a year in advance because this place is so popular. So, make your reservations early because this place is worth the wait!

Met Corinna as we were checking in. Her place is lovely - extremely clean and nicely decorated. Walking to town about 5-10 minutes. You feel very safe here too!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island, first extended winter vacation in Florida. When we saw the devastation after hurricanes Helene and Milton, we wanted to cancel, fearing the island wouldn’t be up and running when we arrived. Mario assured us several times all would be good and it was! The house was perfectly repaired, pool was beautiful, and the island beaches were in great shape. The house is an easy walk to the beach with your trusty little wagon to carry everything (beach chairs, towels, cooler all provided) Grocery store is just a few blocks away for cooking in and the restaurants we went to were great (Waterfront was my favorite).

Everything was seamless and I would recommend to others.

We loved our stay here--especially the pool! For a family visiting from the northeast, having a lovely and clean backyard with a pool was very special. The house is clean and comfortable, lots of great small touches like supplying both swim and bathroom towels, dishwasher and washing machine soap, a nice clean kitchen with a generous assortment of supplies. Comfortable sofas in the living room, good beds and pillows. Quiet area. We loved it. Thanks so much!

Very sunny, peaceful house in a cute neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Couch was cozy at night. Pool was big enough for me and my husband. Host was very responsive which is always nice. I would recommend.

Perfect location to walk to beach and Siesta Village with shops and restaurants. Place was very clean and backyard was perfection. Scott was super responsive also.

We loved our stay at Melinda’s Airbnb. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen and for a trip to the beach. We enjoyed early morning walks around the neighborhood and especially loved being able to walk into town and to the beach. We had lots of great meals in local restaurants and cafes. It’s a great location for a stay on Venice island!

Great space, well laid out, and charmingly decorated in mid-century style. My family had a very nice time gathering here for Thanksgiving, enjoying the pool and a meal and quality time together. Caroline was helpful, had loads of recommendations, and answered in a timely manner. The place had personality and was spotless. It wasn’t hot, but that didn’t stop the kids from spending hours in the pool. We’d stay here again.
