Everything was just like the pictures and description. Nash was always available and the daily manager, Khun Ya, was absolutely amazing. The best service we've had. I can recommend this place to anyone - great!

A beautiful, well equipped, apartment with the best view! We wished we could have stayed longer. Such a gem away from the busy Main Street.

Lovely place to stay. Private and out the way Pool was fantastic on the hot days. Pool guy was great there when needed. Mr kit and crew were AA++ always on hand in case we needed anything. Just make sure you find a good suv driver as we did to take you to the top of the drive as it’s quite steep. Over all a fabulous place to stay

Our family of six had a great time at Mark’s place. The villa was exactly as described and provided a relaxing place for us to hang out during our downtime. The pool and loungers were great and the villa was stocked with fresh fruit cut daily. We all slept very well in the comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. As mentioned in many reviews, the highlight of our time in Krabi was having Mark as our host. He made organizing meals and activities very easy. He was very proactive with ideas and we loved all the excursions - kayaking, private speedboat, sunrise cruise, hiking. It was great getting to know him and we enjoyed the time we spent together. We hope to visit again one day!

We had a lovely stay at Sebastian's place. From communication before and during the stay, to tips on activities in the area and restaurant suggestions, we were well provided with information. The property is very nice and you have everything you need. There were even toys for the kids. The hot tub comes on top. We'll be back for sure.

The rented bungalow is part of a small beachfront resort. The site is enchanting, the views are stunning. The bungalows are well furnished, with terrace and hammock. There is a restaurant on site and the possibility to rent a scooter, essential for visiting the island. Other restaurants line the coast, with the possibility of eating directly on the beach. The bungalows are all wooden, no air conditioning but fans and mosquito nets. We are in the middle of nature, so plan mosquito repellent and earplugs because the birds are very early risers.

thank you for hosting us. we had a great time. having the options of transport provided by host made it easy to get around. House was regularly cleaned by cleaner with top ups of water and towels. hosts were friendly, accommodating and helpful. would love to return again.

The accommodation was fantastic in a superbly located place right on the water of Koh Yao Noi. Beaches and many restaurants can be reached quickly by scooter. We also got an island hopping day trip arranged. Overall a 10/10 stay and especially for the price a real highlight of our trip. We will be back.
