We had a wonderful stay! Julie and Allan’s place is a great two bedroom condo with lots of amenities near tons of outdoor activities! Everything was as detailed in their listing. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking at the mountains, hummingbirds and rabbits. Even though there is a condo above the unit we felt the noise was not very noticeable and 95% of the time it was super quiet. The hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing, easy walk from the condo. The whole stay from start to finish was a great experience!

Christie was super helpful and very responsive. She’s put a lot of work into her guest guidebook (lots of suggestions for local activities and personal insights) and into making the home as convenient and well-stocked as possible. Instructions are all very clear. The home was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is located adjacent to a paved bike path, a small lake, and hiking trails. A short drive provides access to a supermarket and a variety of restaurants. Keep in mind, however, that you are about 15 miles north of the Tucson city center and at least a half hour to forty minutes from the major attractions. It was our home base for 10 days of fun and exploration but the spa and pool plus a spacious living room and backyard make it a great place just to hang for the day! We would return!

We've stayed at numerous such accommodations and this one far exceeded anything we've seen. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need (i.e. kitchen pots/pans, linens, laundry and cleaning supplies, first aid kit, cooking supplies, etc.) The location was ideal, near great restaurants and attractions. All in all, a wonderful experience for our two week stay. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin is just as described, nothing fancy but super cozy and comfortable. I would recommend taking a screen shot of Darbys instructions. There is no service up on the mountain and while her instructions were clear maps will tell you the cabin is on the left when it’s on the right, no fault of the owners at all. Besides that hiccup check in was easy, the cabin was great! Everything you need to enjoy a little disconnection. We walked to the restaurants and general store easily and hiking was great! The skylight was my favorite! The night views were amazing, especially the full moon! Might be a bit bright in the summer but it was perfect during winter and worth it even in summer. It felt like a home. Felt like it had seen a lot of love and life. We will definitely stay again!

Great cozy place to stay. The beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the extra thoughtfullness of having toiletries for items that might have been forgotten, like toothbrushes, toothpaste and coffee. Avelardo was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Thank you for opening your home and making our Thanksgiving in Tucson a memorable one!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Situated in a really nice area and neighbors the Loews Ventana Canyon resort. There is a hiking trailhead right along the side of the unit and an absolutely incredible view. We got to see a whole pack of javelina right in front of the porch area on one night which was really cool! The screen blocks the view a little but probably nicer than having insects and adds a little privacy from the hikers. Would totally stay here again the space was really clean with a comfortable bed and in my favorite area of Tucson!

Excellent value for this spectacular place…vintage cool, beautifully retrofitted, every design element hits the right note. Heating/cooling are easy to manage. The area was very quiet and private. Central location. The pool was PRISTINE and delightful! The neighborhood is really nice and the nearby restaurants (particularly Tumerico) excellent! Beds were super comfy. This is a favorite and I hope we’ll get to return.

Lovely home in a peaceful and private location yet close to amenities. Ashley was a gracious host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Quiet, beautiful home with great views and easy access to an amazing hike up Ventana canyon. The complex has a great pool and spa for relaxing after a day of adventures. Highly recommend.

This unit is convenient to attractions and easy to get around town. The place has great views and a nice deck overlooking desert and valley below. It is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Steps to get into this upstairs unit is a little steep but we had no trouble, and we are in our 70’s so not that bad unless you have bad knees or disabilities, in which case, a lower unit might be advised. Check in and out were easy and the owner is responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb for a nice alternative to the hotels in town.
