Impeccably prepared, beautiful, and clean space. The small cozy apartment was beautifully warm and the books, games, a booklet with trips, and other nice little things were just perfect. And the neighborhood is worth it! Recommended

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and made excursions to Bohemian Switzerland from there. House was clean and cozy. There was even a fireplace and our dog was also welcome. I highly recommend it!

Our family with two children was very satisfied. We didn't miss anything.

He described it far too modestly! You have an entire house to yourself with five beds, two great bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, three bedrooms, 2 TVs. And last but not least, lives on the property a very nice, sweet Golden Retriver! I was there with a dog and both got along great. Parking in the yard.

We loved our stay at Jenny’s house! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Our two toddlers loved the play room! It was well set up with stair gates and cups/plates for the kiddos. The house was always cosy despite -9°C and snow outside. We felt very at home and would definitely come back in Summer to make use of the garden and pool! Jenny was very attentive and came over to help us understand the heating and the electric plug in for our rental car. My only negative would be that it was a bit dusty and dirty under and around the furniture. But we are also maybe a more particular family and wouldn’t want this to discourage anyone from staying!

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment is beautiful and offers a great view of the countryside. The landlords were always quickly accessible and very friendly, we immediately felt at home. Very cozy and simply beautiful. (: Everything in the apartment is high quality and very well maintained, we have already recommended the apartment to our friends and relatives on day 1. Everything is great!

Great and special place to stay. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Sleeping on the hayloft is really special :)

The apartment left nothing to be desired. Everything is really available in the kitchen (economy peeler, coffee filter, baking powder, rags). We really liked the fireplace! The foot heating allowed you to sit in front of it. The kids loved the foosball, darts, and the game collection.

We were Josephine's guests for 10 days and felt super comfortable. The apartment is really great and super suitable for 5 people. Beautiful large kitchen and large dining table where we also played a lot in the evening. In addition, there is a fireplace in the garden, which we used to bake bread with the kids. There was wood on site against a small obolus - really great! We can highly recommend the apartment! Thank you for the wonderful time! :-)

Verry Nice House with several amenities such as draft Beer and sauna. Nice Community area with enough private rooms. A House with a lot of atmosphere

It was difficult to get up the stairs, but the room was very clean.The kitchen was also fully equipped and convenient.The host was kind.

Our vacation at the Rathewalder Mühle was one of the best ever. The place was super cozy, equipped with everything, very quiet and perfectly located on the hiking trail, so you could just walk in the morning. Communication was easy and reliable and we thank you again for allowing us to experience our first great vacation with a dog. A super nice experience.

We felt at home on Vejminka. Everything was beautifully set up, the cottage was flooded, and we could go straight to unpack. We had absolutely everything you could need. Lots of spare towels, capsules for the coffee maker, a large amount of mocakonvičky, ingredients for preparing a variety of dishes, flavouring, tea, honey… in short, everything for a perfect weekend. Small children have a plethora of toys and games available. The owner responded immediately to messages, which is really special. We recommend the place to stay with all 90 fingers and four paws that were in the cottage ♥️ We will definitely come back 🔆

The apartment was cozy and clean, located in a lovely village. It is hard to reach, if you are travelling by bicycle, the road is very tricky. We enjoyed the grilling facility outside the apartment, however there was no light. It is better to bring everything you need for grilling with you (oil etc). Communication with the host was friendly and she was very helpful in letting us check out late (we arrived later than expected and needed extra time to rest).

The surroundings invite you to relax from everyday life, outside there are fields and even some sheep are on the farm. A special energy is noticeable and I can only recommend the apartment. We'd love to come back anytime, thank you for the exciting stay! :-)

A lovely place and altogether easy. Exceptional hiking in the arena, warm apartment, nice host.

Very quiet and nice place.

We stayed in Seiffen with our two small children for the weekend and the Erzalm was the perfect mix between relaxation (sauna and relaxation room) for the parents and entertainment for the kids (indoor playground, playground and reading corner, paddling pool, playground and marble court). So the kids, after all the Christmas decorating in the city, also got their money's worth. The apartment is beautifully decorated and invites you to relax.

Enjoyed the 2 weeks visit at this place, it is quiet, warm, cozy and it has all what it is needed to feel like one is at home! Looking forward to stay at this place again.
