Everything is very nice

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent location away from most of the noise of the city. The common spaces were more beautiful than the photos and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was also better than the photos; clean and big. Tom was very accommodating and accessible to the guests. Lastly, there is an eco filter water container in the unit for drinking.

We had a problem with the hot water but I resolved it immediately The response to any inconvenience was quick. Thank you very much.

10/10 great experience. If you have an early flight this is the best place to stay 10min drive to the airport and you can see the planes landing/taking off. VERY clean and beautiful view. I know people say Guatemala City isn’t very safe but this area was great I even walked to a coffee shop. I will say the airport is LOUD so you will hear it all night and early in the morning. I would book here again because you can’t beat the location. Also very responsive host that allowed me to drop off my bags prior to checkin.

Anne’s place was perfect for our stay, conveniently located at a walkable distance to Paseo Cayala, shops and restaurants. Her apartment had everything you needed to feel just like home. fully equipped kitchen and large bedrooms. Our communication with Anne was excellent, she was always ready to help us with whatever we needed during our stay. Having to register at check in at the building lobby was a little tedious and slow, but other than that everything was great. I would be more than happy to stay here next time I’m in Guatemala City.

Thank you Hellen for being kind, helpful and responding quickly to my questions. The place is cozy, you can feel at home, although there is no microwave, in case your food gets cold you should use the stove. It has a beautiful view, the place is safe and quiet, the residents are very friendly and polite. You can order food through the app, although they take a while because there is always traffic. Ubers know those towers, so they'll take you there without a hitch. 100% recommended

filled all expectations, that I needed

I gave 5 stars but check-in was not amazing at all. The reception did not find the form to fill. I arrived late and still wanted to try to get something to eat in a restaurant. Unfortunately I had to spend too much time at check-in, communicate with the co-host, try to make the reception be more pro-active and in the end just had time for some fast food. That was not amazing at all. Why do they not den d the form before arrival? It would be easy to fill and send back and all would be smooth!
