Vacation rentals in Sabaudia

We had a great summer with a family with children. The house has a big private garden where the kids can play. Very convenient with private road down to the beach, which makes it easier to walk on the beach several times a day. In addition, a shower in the garden was very helpful to flush the sand when coming from the beach. The house was large with plenty of space for several families. Would aboslutt recommend the place. We would gladly came again.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

The house has met our expectations. Cozy, quiet and airy with a beautiful view of the sea. We went with a 7-month-old child and it was perfect for our needs, allowing us to enjoy the patio during the hottest hours and then go down to the sea in the late night. Wide availability of beaches nearby. Giorgia provided us with a cot. Host is very quick to respond to every question and need.

Positive experience. The house matches the description, new indoor and outdoor, everything very clean and cared for. Amazing view, spectacular sunset. Marco was welcoming and kind, thank you for your hospitality.

We had a very relaxed and very comfortable stay at Marco's. His was one of very few available listings with such excellent amenities, including washing machine, full oven and hob, dishwasher, large balcony, and a dedicated parking space, - the latter making a huge difference in peace of mind never having to drive around looking for a place to park. The apartment is very conveniently situated just 5 mins walk from the promenade and beach, where you can walk, run or cycle on the excellent cycle path. There is a great supermarket just round the corner with a superb food selection. Marco met us in person and showed us around the apartment and even walked us to the supermarket. We were expecially grateful to him for allowing us to use the parking space after checking out, for a short while we went to get food for the journey home. We would be happy to stay at Marco's place again and can definitely recommend him.
