Beautiful house with everything you need. Also the garden with terrace was very nice for grilling and sitting outside. We were completely satisfied!

Beautiful little house in a very quiet location. In the house you will find everything needed for a vacation. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, lying everywhere and just the right little things. A great garden for the children, beautiful hikes possible, with a stopover in rustic restaurants. We have been there in spring and winter so far. We hope to try autumn and summer. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay – highly recommended! Our stay at this place was just fantastic! Already upon arrival, we immediately felt comfortable thanks to the warm welcome and the loving furnishings. This is very clean and also designed with a lot of love for detail – you immediately notice that someone with passion is a host here. The location is ideal, everything is easily accessible, and yet we were able to relax wonderfully here. Toboggan mountains are also nearby - perfect! I was particularly impressed by the amenities – there was nothing missing! From the cozy bed to the fully equipped kitchen to small extras that have made the stay even more pleasant. Communication with the host was excellent – quick, friendly and helpful. I would really highly recommend this place and would come back anytime. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

We booked the place for a weekend and celebrated our family reunion there. We particularly liked the secluded location and the proximity to the forest. The children could play carefree outdoors, also the large group room with long table and cozy oven was just great! Thank you!

We stayed with Jessica for the first time and the property was as described. Unfortunately, our dogs didn't like the spiral staircase, but Jessica had an alternative for that. The views and the surrounding hiking trails have been perfect for us. We highly recommend this place. It was a pleasure to stay there. We were all very comfortable.

We stayed at Schmidt's guesthouse for the third time and had a wonderful few days together again (5 families with children). Only the house was very cold on arrival this time and additional firewood was unfortunately charged quite expensive. Otherwise, everything is great as always! Thank you!

We had a nice weekend as three couples. The cottage is well located for activities in the area, the Eibenstock bathing gardens are not far away, nor the Czech border. The room layout is good, in summer you can certainly also use the beautiful garden.

Sabine made our Christmas in Germany unforgettable. From the start, she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She thoughtfully assigned rooms for our large group and arranged the furniture to ensure everyone felt comfortable and at home. Even though we arrived early, Sabine greeted us with her son, giving us a warm, heartfelt welcome. She provided a detailed tour of the house, patiently explaining everything and answering our questions. To make our holiday special, Sabine decorated every room with glowing Christmas decorations and left thoughtful treats—candy, beer, and wine. Her generosity brought tears to my eyes, and we began our trip with laughter, hugs, and a deep sense of care. Meeting Sabine and her son was the highlight of our trip. We’re so grateful for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and the love she put into making our holiday so memorable.

I was at Rolf & Sebastian´s place with my family, we liked their place very much. It was well-located, very spacious and the process to get in was so easy. Totally recommendable.

Everything necessary is here. Clean apartment on the 1st floor of a large block of accommodations. We hear a lot of noise in the hallway so it's necessary to close the room door. All in all, good value!

Very cozy apartment, good location with food places around. Not that far from ski resort. Tomáš was very friendly and responsive. Can recommend the host and their apartment.

Overall a great place to stay. There were some comminication difficulties at times, which came from a few misunderstandings and medical emrgencies, however it was overall a great place to spend the Weekend at and the accommodation was clean!

The place is well located - close to the train station and downtown. The location makes it a little less quiet, but you can think of it beforehand. It was clean and tidy and matched the photos. It's not the coziest or nicest place I've been to, but totally nice for 3 nights :) The communication with Dana was great, she always responds promptly.

Everything worked out great and I felt very comfortable.

Everything was great except that the oven is very hot when i set it to 200 the food was burnt when i followed the time on the package after the first time we just set our alarms to half the time everything else was amazing though

You can't really complain about a place to stay. Great location, good communication and amenities of the apartment. The only slight weakness was the heating that didn't work, but it was resolved very quickly and with willingness on the part of the landlords.

The property is perfect, quiet yet centrally located, lovingly furnished and sparkling clean. Especially pretty also the small shared romantic garden behind the house. This is my second time staying with Renate and will definitely be back. Clear recommendation!

We had a great week at Jana's place. The apartment was very clean and practically furnished, it had everything you needed. We only missed a coffee machine or did not understand that it does not exist, because Jana had actually written everything in great detail in advance, which is available. The kids loved the playroom, and the ski cellar was extremely convenient too. We were there in the off season and the weather was a bit mixed so the place was very extinct. But there's more going on in the season.... Thank you for the great week!

We had a very nice weekend in Bamberg. We enjoyed the apartment very much, everything as described. We would book the apartment again.

Large impeccably clean apartment, lovingly equipped for the perfect stay. The surrounding area offers all the rural charm. Bus station and train station are a 5-minute walk away. Hourly cycle to Bad Rodach (thermal bath, shopping) or Coburg - best to try both directions. Definitely great even with younger children (the equipment of the playroom certainly doesn't let you get bored even on rainy days). Teenagers especially liked the comfortable couch in front of the TV. Mutti was very satisfied with the kitchen (and the huge wardrobe and other storage facilities and many hooks for jackets, towels, etc. Absolutely recommended, especially because of the friendly and committed hosts. Super nice. Thank you for this lovely stay.

The apartment is extremely beautiful, tastefully furnished, very comfortable and welcoming. The host was very hospitable and understanding

We liked Tanja's apartment very much, we felt right at home. The kitchen equipment is great, we found everything super clean, the sauna was a big gift in the cold season, for music lovers the well tuned piano is also great. We were very happy about it. We would come back anytime we are in the area again.
