Vacation rentals with beach access in Sa Rocca Tunda

Perfect location with a beautiful beach just in front of the terrasse ! We had a really nice stay !

We really enjoyed our stay a lot. Originally, we intended to stay only a couple of days but ended up spending our entire vacation at Davide's place. Incredible friendly hosts, beautiful beach close by. Our stay could not have been better.

The apartment was newly furnished throughout and very clean. Check in and communication was easy. the apartment is in a good location for the beach and town as well as only a short drive to the city of Oristano and many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay

Ideally located ( the street to cross to be on the beach) and quiet, the accommodation matches the description and was perfect for my use. I recommend and will come back. Although the property is managed by a company, the on-site correspondent, Giovanni, was responsive, welcoming and friendly.

We loved staying here! Nilla was lovely and her place is really unique - the art and wooden decor that she has created made it feel very peaceful. The balcony was fantastic overlooking the river, and of course, loved the hammock ☺️ It was great value, clean and good communication from Nilla. The only thing that wasn’t quite so good was the futon bed which wasn’t very comfy. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, although I think it’s always good to get the steps in when regularly eating pasta & pizza! Beautiful location, Bosa is a must visit if you’re not sure where to go in Sardinia. Recommend visiting Cane Malu which was a great location for swimming & snorkelling.

The apartment is well renovated, very nicely decorated, functional and clean. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the maquis (with deer) and the sea. We watched beautiful sunsets here. Since the apartment is in the basement, it is nice and cool even on hot days. Cornelia and Giuseppe are great hosts and live in the apartment above. The apartment is a 15-20 minute walk from the large sandy beach with beach bar. We drove a car with our small children, as the apartment is on a hill. The restaurant on the beach is about 15 minutes walk. Sant'Antonio di Santandi is about 10 min drive from Pistis. There is a small supermarket and a bar with coffee and pastries. The fishing village of Marccedi is only about 15 minutes away by car and has a very good restaurant. Giuseppe is happy to help with everything and give tips. We enjoyed our stay in Pistis and in Giuseppe's apartment!

The Bau House is really a great place to stay where we felt right at home. Everything corresponded to the description and the pictures. Those looking for a place to stay near Oristano are very well taken care of here. Daniele was super nice, helpful, and had useful recommendations. Would recommend to anyone.

francesca's apartment is located in a magnificent pine forest. We found it very clean and totally corresponding to the photo and description of the listing. the nearest beach is not the most beautiful and on tramontana days it is to be avoided

A great home. The house is very large and had all the comforts . We found additional linens, numerous dishes and utensils in the kitchen. It was like being at home . I recommend it to everyone . It's a place we'll be back with pleasure. Balconies and terraces overlooking the sea are really a gem. I recommend future guests to do some shopping before they get there because there's only a convenience store. See you soon

We really enjoyed our days with Michela. The accommodation is in a great location by the sea and there are lots of things to do in the area. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped - we didn't miss anything. The communication was smooth and very good. She and her family made us feel very welcome. We can only recommend Michela's accommodation.

Flavio and Maria are very welcoming and have always responded and tried to satisfy every request on both local and practical information! The place is very evocative in front of the open sea, as soon as you cross the street you will find coves among the rocks where you can stay, and a few minutes away is the golden beach of Pistis. We were looking for a quiet place in contact with marine nature, which still allows us to travel to visit the areas of the area and this has the characteristics to enjoy both the sea and move to the nearby Otranto, Sinis Peninsula, Cabras and the entire Green Coast with its wonderful wild nature! I recommend it to those who love to discover these areas

Our stay in Bosa was perfect, a lovely spot in the town east to park near by and wander the lovely area around! Ezio had a great list of recommendations that made it easy to choose the best food and activities around!

Fantastic stay, a breathtaking view, the well-placed house allows you to reach the beach in less than a ten-minute walk. Sandra and Toni are very kind, always available. We will gladly return to their apartment, thank you so much for everything. It was a great holiday!

Very nice new apartment well equipped and very suitable for children. They felt really comfortable. Communication with Manila was quick and good! A stone's throw away from the beach, parking spot in front of the house very tight but you can park well in the street. The only minus point that probably has a problem on the whole island is the water pressure under the shower .

Valeria was a great host, she took the time to welcome us and recommended restaurants and tourist attractions. She had a map prepared with handwritten notes, very thoughtful. Her place is very cozy, spacious and very tidy. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good quality linen and towels. Easy access to the beach of Torre Grande and not far from other beach spots. I highly recommend Valeria’s place, it is an easygoing and hassle free stay!

We had a great time in the apartment. The view of the sea is wonderful and although sometimes it was too cold to eat out, we sat in front of the window that goes to the sea and so it was almost like being outside! Mauro's father gave us tips on where to go. We had a great time!

We stayed with my wife all month of August in this house. Silvia and Tony, the owners are available and very courteous, upon arrival they welcomed us by providing us with a series of information on what to see and where to eat. Information that has been useful to us for a beautiful vacation. Thank you so much. The house is very nice, very clean, quiet and cool. In short, it has everything you need for a relaxing and very pleasant vacation It is also in a fantastic location very close to a cliff from which you can enjoy a wonderful view with unforgettable sunsets The house is a great base to see all the beauty that is nearby. We spent a few days at this beautiful place. The situation is unbeatable. Even before you really wake up, you can quickly fall into the sea because it is so close. We really enjoyed the time. Gabriella and Andrea are very sweet, warm people. They shared their food as well as the knowledge of Sardinia with us. Personally, I love watching birds and have gotten my money's worth. We were able to see flamingos and griffon vultures (near Bosa) and there are also many other small beautiful places where you can see various water birds. Everything you need is in the accommodation.
