Vacation rentals in Rushsylvania

The cottage was beautiful and everything the owners said it would be. Kristin was very helpful and we are looking forward to coming back.

We had a great stay at Jeffery’s place. Close to downtown and lots of other great spots nearby. Our group which included a 4 year old and 2 year old were very comfortable. Everyone loved the hot tub. The yard and house felt very private. We had no issues. We would recommend to other families.

We stayed for a week at Mayra’s place over Christmas while visiting family in Kettering. It was a very comfortable, quiet and spacious location for us. We even had my extended family over for a meal, and everyone liked how we were able to make the space cozy and comfortable for my parents, siblings nephews and nieces. We also did a decent amount of baking and were pleased by how well the kitchen was equipped and the availability of very good grocery stores within 10 minutes. I’m also a jogger and I took advantage of our location to have several long runs through South Park, the Oregon District, up to the waterfront and over by the Dayton Art Institute. It was such a wonderful way to experience downtown, and I could reach it all on foot. (Be sure to check out the little pedestrian bridge over I-35 behind Emerson Academy that will take you right into the Oregon District!). Great stay and we hope to come by again.

Mark, was attentive. Any issues that arose he communicated promptly. It was a great stay for my family. We were all grateful and sent Mark some ideas to enhance customer experience. Very minimal. Great place to stay.

Family Traditions is way more beautiful than the pictures!!! Don was so responsive and accomodating. We had an absolute fabulous stay at this getaway! We highly recommend this spot for a friend/family/couple's getaway! You can't ask for anything better ~ it was clean, well stocked, plenty of room for all, perfect location, we can't wait to go back!!! Thank you, Don!!!

Absolutely loved it! The entire house was so cozy and relaxing. It had everything we could possibly need from seasonings, snacks, and games to extra comfy blankets, toiletries, and towels for the hot tub. They really thought of everything! Plus, they decorated it very well. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Tamela’s place was wonderful! The house was beautiful, wonderfully appointed and extremely clean. Tamela was a great and responsive host. Will book again next time I’m in town. 😊

Very good stay!! One of the most stocked airbnbs i’ve stayed at, literally something in every cabinet! Everything was exactly as pictured! A bit of a crowded neighborhood but the backyard was fenced in, so great for dogs!

Clean and comfortable cottage. Sarah is responsive and accommodating. The cottage has nice amenities, with everything you may like to have available. Highly recommend!
