L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. Anke's accommodation more than exceeded our expectations with a harmonious and absolute feel-good atmosphere. The apartment is much more spacious than in the photos, everything was prepared for the fireplace and the hot tub was a dream. We stayed 2 nights in this fantastically beautifully furnished apartment and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment is very loving, prepared with small very discreet accents and everything you need. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. We entered the apartment, it was already preheated and small lights welcomed us. Thank you very much and look forward to seeing you again.

Quiet, private place on the lake. The weather did not allow for a swimming pool. Spacious loft for 8 people. But without a car, logistics will be difficult. The owner and staff are very friendly, and quickly solve emerging needs while staying.

A fantastic weekend in Sauerland! The place was absolutely clean, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped – you immediately feel comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the breathtaking view, which fascinates at any time of the day. The location is wonderfully idyllic and at the same time offers a great starting point for activities such as hiking or walks in nature. Bad Berleburg is nearby and offers lots of shopping – convenient for self-catering. Overall, the stay was a perfect blend of relaxation, nature and comfort. I can fully recommend the place and would love to come back!

We spent a wonderful weekend as two families with small children at Petra and Heribert's place. The apartment was very clean, super equipped (including two cribs, high chair, extra bath towels) and wonderfully quiet location. Special highlights were the hot tub overlooking alpacas and the double-decker flight show, a tractor ride with Heribert, alpaca richness and feeding, and the incredibly friendly care of the hosts. Petra even lent us onions and both had great tips for excursions. The later checkout was the icing on the cake on an all-round perfect stay. Absolutely recommended – we'd love to come back!
