The place is much better than expectations! The house's surprisingly specious, the bed linens were crispy fresh, and the owners were warm, welcoming people. Evening time that was spent in the chair on front of the firepit just outside the front door only added more charming memories about that lovely place!

we really enjoyed our visit. It was quiet and private. Our son went fishing in the pond and caught a small fish very quickly. We brought our Aussie and she loved running around

We’ve stayed at three different properties, with Nathan as our host. All of those are pet friendly places making our stay so much easier. Usually, we are in town two to three weeks. Each home is predictable that it will be clean, in a desirable location, and well stocked/maintained. He’s very responsive to any and all inquiries. Checking in or out is a breeze and twice we’ve extended our stay. The homes he hosts will not disappoint. My husband and I will always check with him first before booking. A wonderful experience and we have three children, 6 grandchildren and great great who are always in and out during our stays. Excellent hospitality.

We loved every bit of a stay! The view was as beautiful as the picture listed! So peaceful and private! The house was very home like! The furniture and beds were very comfortable! Atv trails were easy to access and beautiful scenery on the way! We would definitely stay again!

Just what we had in mind when we wanted to get out of the city with our kids and dogs for spring break. Beautiful, fairly private setting brimming with wildlife just a quick jaunt to Fayetteville and the rest of NWA. We had no problem locating it via the directions provided. We brought our telescope for star gazing and binoculars for bird watching, with lots of good finds. West Fork being absolutely adorable was a nice surprise. The cabin itself is no frills and homey, and we had everything we needed and more. The only thing we missed out on was making a fire in the fire pit since there was a burn ban on. All in all an idyllic, relaxing setting to spend some time in nature. Thank you again for sharing it with us, it is lovely!

Luis' listing was located in a nice quiet neighborhood near the downtown area. The kitchen was fully equipped, a washer and dryer were available. Plenty of towels etc. were provided. Beds were comfortable. When we had any questions Luis was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would love to come back when we are in the area!

We had a wonderful stay...the villa is absolutely wonderful and cozy for my family and fur babies. We love the location and MaeLeigh is a fabulous host. We stay in a lot of Air BnBs and this one is by far, one of our favorites!
