A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located right at the lake, is refurbished and equipped to a very high standard (about 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabinet sliding door. (No noise insulation - that's why it's noisy) Offer for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. Wannsee station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you are in 17 minutes at the main station (Berlin). Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there's an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Experience Potsdam skin close and yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential area directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites you beautifully to hikes and bike rides. The main train station and Potsdam-Zentrum are about 3-5 km away from here and can be easily reached by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed and much more. The holiday home in Berlin was completely revised and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of the trend architect Jürgen Krüger! 130sqm can accommodate up to 10 people on two floors. The entire house has in each living room and bedroom a separate air conditioning, WiFi & TV-Sat. We hope that we have found a cozy and warm interior style with the conversions and that for young and old what is included!

Nature vacation right on the lake I

Very nice apartment with separate entrance on a large 3-sided courtyard with garden directly on the lake in the biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin, 70km north of Berlin. The apartment has about 45sqm, 2 beautiful, bright, separate rooms each with a double bed, a small shower room and a small kitchen in the entrance area. In our farm, there is another apartment and two holiday rooms.
