Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Routt County

Great location at the base of the resort. Balcony had a lovely view and walking distance to the gondola, various restaurants as well as a market to get groceries. Would definitely stay here again! We came in the summer and enjoyed the shared pool and sitting down on the creek.

Perfect for the two nights I stayed. Cozy farmhouse feeling. Ollie the dog is big but very nice.

We had a great long weekend here! The house had plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen has plenty of utensils/pots and pans for us to use. Bradley was very responsive and accommodating. Not to mention the gorgeous views from the home! We would gladly stay here again when we make it back to Steamboat

A great apartment but there wasn’t anything like a broom or vacuum so hard to keep the floors clean especially in the kitchen- however everything else was great and very comfortable

10/10 Sita's place full on rocks, Things to note: Real Coffee , yes, REAL coffee not those horrible flat hotel packets (plus real decaf yea!) No annoying text messages and emails, if you are like me, and I know I am, you dislike the 27-30 emails and texts bombarding you while trying to enjoy some time with friends or fambly. Parking police are absolute tawdry clowns around steamboat- the no parking signs are buried in 10 feet of snow, don't park on the street. You will get a ransom note from the city for $50 or $100 bucks.

The condo is in-ski-boots-walking-distance close to Steamboat's base, just across the street where you can ski down to Wild Blue, Christie Peak, or the (recently moved) old gondola.

Definitely the best cared for vacation rental we have stayed at. Perfect for a 3 generation family vacation. Location was great, house was very well appointed, the kitchen and the grill were great for having big family meals. Easy to get to the slopes and a nice hot tub to relax in under the snow. Would definitely stay at one of Kim's places again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, which should tell you all you need to know. The location is great and the place is exactly what you would expect. The cell reception is limited but to me that is just one of the many things I love about this cabin. As a family we hung out at night playing cards and listening to music by the fireplace. Definitely make sure you have 4x4 or AWD because it can get snowy but that also makes the skiing and snowmobiling even better! I would suggest you visit the Steamboat Lake Outpost while there since that is such a hidden gem with all the adventures and a nice restaurant. We will definitely be back again to this cabin!

This was the perfect spot for our annual father/daughter trip. Easy walk to the lifts, super clean and comfy home, and Michael was a very helpful host. As we shuttled from the airport, we tended to Uber to downtown for dinner and shopping, but there were options within walking distance as well, including the base area. Can't wait to come back!

Location! location! location! Base of mountain - 5 minute walk to lifts/gondolas; tricky navigating but able to basically ski back in. Property has a great layout - multiple living areas with kitchen and entertaining areas separate from the Master and 2 of 3 remaining bedrooms. Steamboat Lodging staff extremely responsive leading up to and during the rental - A++++

Location was great, it's maybe a 3 minute walk to the slope - 3 easy staircases down and you're there. And you can ski right up to the lodge. Perfect for a ski-in/ski-out. Ryan was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

The condo was in a perfect place. We were able to walk down to the gondola and to restaurants. We had to drive to town but we preferred to be on the mountain.

My family and I had just an amazing time. The place was clean and ready for us. We could not ask for more. Thanks for having us and have a great ski season!

Great location and very comfortable beds! We really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary shuttle service was excellent, with short wait times, making it super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was great for our family of 3. My husband enjoyed the ski out location, and the view from our living area was great. While we were less than a 5 minute drive to the base, there was a shuttle consistently available throughout the day. The space was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. My only feedback would be update the kitchen cabinets as none of drawers stayed shut. We have an infant so this wasn’t a big deal, but if a family has a busy toddler, that would be a different story. Overall great option!

My fiancé and I had an awesome stay at the ski in ski out condo. It was so comfortable and the art/decor are so fun! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and quiet in that area. House was nice and clean. Not ski in/out but walkable to the slopes (5-7 minutes) which was great!
