Clean quiet spacious apartment in a great neighborhood. Grocery store within 10 minutes walk, multiple restaurants within the same range, and a pharmacy across the street. It was a perfect central spot for everything we did. Easy to park, safe neighborhood with parks nearby. We had a restful stay!

We had a great 3 night stay at Erfan’s place. There were lots of businesses and restaurants within walking distance and the metro is only a five minute walk as well. The combo of the parking spot and nearby metro made it easy to get around no matter what mode of transport worked best.

Stayed here 7 days 6 nights with some friends to enjoy the holiday break (12/26 to 1/1). This spot is in the heart of a lot of bakeries, restaurants (quick eats to fine dining), and bars. Lots of late night eats too. We drove our EV car into town and thankfully there were some EV chargers a few blocks away. Public transit is a quick walkable distance. Very well lit and clean, simple apartment. Across the street are bars that have live music performances til the evening. I do want to *heavily* note that this apartment and area is great for the younger crowd, so bear in mind when booking for a busy and lively neighborhood; expect it to be lively til middle of the night. Thankfully that wasn't a problem for us because we stayed out late until 2-3am in the morning anyway. Highly recommend this place! Would like to come back to Montreal again :)

We had a great stay! The photos are accurate, the beds are comfortable, and the open-concept living area made for a great layout for six women to catch up and socialize in a comfortable setting. We walked everywhere we went except for dinner one night because we were dressed in shoes not appropriate to the weather, but otherwise we bundled up and walked to Old Montreal and through the shops. A quick Uber ride from the train station.

Danielle was very kind and communicative! The place was beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. The only thing was the construction nearby was very noisy in the morning, but she did mention it in the listing so we were expecting it. Overall would recommend staying here if you’re visiting! A lot of places we wanted to go to were within a 10-15 minute walk at most so it is also in a great area :)

The neighborhood that this Airbnb is in is gorgeous. You enter through the alley that has a strong community feel, children playing, neighbors mingling. The nicest I’ve seen in the city. The apartment is immaculate, modern, yet cozy.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our trip to Montreal. Having a private space to park our car was a game changer and the home was very well maintained and clean.

Great location in the heart of the Plateau. Place is spotless and well-equipped, parking is easy. Most of all, it's a short walk to Mont-Royal, but is also quiet and peaceful. Appears to have been rehabbed recently, and is in fantastic shape - six stars!

Very nice stay in Montreal! We were there for a hockey game. Easy check-in with Thomas who gives us the keys in person. Great location! We saw the pre-game party festivities of the room! Very clean apartment. We lacked nothing! Gym, pool and sauna on site we took advantage of it:) Close to all amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, Metro, Bus...) I recommend it to everyone!

I've stayed in several Airbnbs in Montreal. This is probably my favorite. Gorgeous view, welcoming host, comfortable space. I'd stay here again for sure.

My family and I loved staying here during our visit to the area. The place was clean and well equipped. Nights in the hot tub overlooking the river were a nice feature!

Patrice’s place was very nice! It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a nice large fancy bath tub. It was very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!
