Extra stay at Lionel's. The location is great, away from the madness of the old town, the estate is located in Paramé, very nice neighborhood, decorative fanions in the surrounding streets, quality shops, pretty church (you can't hear it). The land is sublime, 2 hectares well maintained, clean and well heated pool, there are several cottages quite far from each other within the property. The rented cottage was large on the ground floor and upstairs. A TV on each floor. Gigantic bed (2 meters wide it seems to me), the very fluffy mattress (I loved it). You can move without waking the person next to it. Even if it's written in the listing, note that the toilets are on the ground floor and there aren't any at the top. You have to be woken up to go down the spiral stairs. Lionel is very welcoming, is interesting and offers good advice. We had a lovely stay at his place - thank you so much!

What a privilege to stay in such a complete and beautiful house. Everything was available, everything was clean and all rooms were tastefully decorated. In addition, the house is in a place that is a great starting point for visiting very beautiful tourist places. We are now in the car on our way home and would like to return in a heartbeat; back to this house.

Superb experience, even in winter, the house is very pleasant to stay in. Well heated, foosball and plenty of games for children inside, very well equipped kitchen. Too bad for the weather but otherwise we could have enjoyed the outdoor spaces in addition to the outdoor spaces. The rooms are very good, the bedding too. The icing on the cake, Alexandra is very friendly and responsive.

As the listing suggested, this place was especially cute and calm. Sybille and François were very welcoming and accommodating. I totally recommend it.

We had a great time at Cécile's home with our 3 children. This small house is very beautiful, well arranged, and quiet for a relaxing holiday. We really want to come back!

We had a pleasant stay in this warm accommodation, ideally located. Alexandra was very responsive by message, which is very nice. It really felt like it was at home. Very well equipped accommodation, and very easy parking with parking space. A real plus for the sauna! We recommend this accommodation for a perfect stay close to Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel!

Dear guests, This country estate within minutes of old St. Malo, Dinard, and vicinity, and an easy escape to Mon St. Michel, is perfect for your stay near everything. Fully equipped, relaxing, charming, and very close-in, Fabienne's place has it all. We stayed three nights and loved this retreat at the end of each day, and also for a short siesta, or lunch in between, or even to lounge for hours surrounded by nature. So close and yet so tranquil ! This is the best we have ever stayed at and we would love to return. The house would be a great place to stay for short or long stays. Highly recommended! Don

We came to four teammates for a regatta. Adrien's place is perfect with a large, very nice living room. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom per level make a very convenient accommodation. Shops are reached by foot. We had a great stay. I recommend.

Very nice accommodation close to fabulous sites. Well-equipped and comfortable rental. We were very easily able to take beautiful walks at the Pointe de la Garde, Plage de la Pissote and Cap Frehel. Our hosts were very responsive to our requests.

Perfectly located, tastefully furnished, the accommodation was ideal for a relaxing stay with family. Only small downside, no dishwasher, but we didn't mind for a short stay.
