We enjoyed the quietness and peace of the place, and the authentic style of the room. The host was very flexible, friendly and super quick in reply. The check-in was very smooth. The breakfast was also tasty! If we were there during warmer days, I wish we could have enjoyed the aperitivo with the nice view.

The house is very nice, the view is amazing, a very nice place to relax and from which to visit the surrounding area. Silvia was always very nice and helpful to give directions and to adapt to our needs.

We had a fantastic time here. Paula and Marcello are very sweet people and nothing is too much. We were surprised with a delicious breakfast in the fridge upon arrival. Marcello also came to bring fresh croissants from the bakery and we also got a homemade delicious cake a few days later. Momo the dog always came to get cuddles and next to the fantastically equipped kitchen the view is really phenomenal. We will definitely come back!

A wonderful home in a unique setting. The house, with beautiful stone interiors, is located in a wonderful village characterized by a breathtaking view. Extremely comfortable, with lighting that highlights the interiors and a functional pellet stove, the house was a splendid refuge to spend a few relaxing days. Our two dogs enjoyed the scenic walks. Responsive and very kind from the moment of booking, Giancarlo and Lorenzo are two fantastic Hosts. Manuela’s place was beautiful and the views from the terrace were stunning. The building really gave us a true sense of the history and heritage of Spello. We had everything we needed. Manuela was so helpful and met us outside the apartment. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Claudia's place was beautiful. so very peaceful and relaxing. clean, amazing pool and hot tub. Claudia was very friendly and helpful. couldn't have asked for more. can't wait to go back!

Fab host and fab place.

We had the pleasure of spending several days in this beautiful accommodation and can only recommend it. The rooms were spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished, with everything you need. We particularly liked the breathtaking view over the valley, ideal for a relaxing coffee. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave us great tips. The location is perfect. we're back in our peaceful oasis!! the house is a candy box from the 70s... a jewel. very clean!!! complete with everything, with plenty of space! magnificent landscape. possibility of being outdoors in absolute peace but a 5-minute drive from the services and the village of Corinaldo.
