Cute & cozy place to stay with parking within walking distance

This was a great place to stay- plenty of space, full of light, quiet, and a great neighborhood. If you want to park in the parking garage, you do need a very small car (our Prius did fit). Also- I used an eye mask for sleeping as a balcony door near the bed allowed light in.

We had a great stay at Jonathan’s place! The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Jonathan is an excellent host— very responsive and friendly. We were caught in a snow storm and he made sure the driveway and stairs were kept clear. We would definitely book another stay here next time we are in Brossard.

Probably the best Airbnb experience I’ve had so far. Nat’s place was super comfortable and cozy, beautifully designed and decorate, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s officially the only place we’ll stay at on our next trips to Montreal.

I would definitely stay at William’s again! The place looked just like the pictures and was very clean and comfortable - lovely apartment with easy access to the grocery store and other restaurants. The parking was easy and secure as well, and William’s instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow - thanks again for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I just stayed at Jean-Philippe’s house for a long weekend with our 2 dogs. The house was spotless and very well cared for. We really appreciated the large fenced in yard for our two dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We felt very comfortable being able to leave our dogs there when we wanted to go into town. Lots to do in the area and not far from downtown Montreal at all. Really loved the fireplace for these extra cold days/nights. Would love to come back in warmer weather and get to use all the extras in the backyard!

Great location in Old Montreal. Yan was very responsive and detailed photos and instructions made the check in and out process simple.

We had a good time staying at Nima's place. The place was swanky clean and had all the listed amenities. The bed rooms were quite spacious and there is an amazing massage mode shower system in one of the bathrooms, so a very relaxing experience in the shower :-) Though sometimes we could hear footsteps and sounds of children running, we were completely aware about it and had no issues with it. Just mentioned incase someone is looking for a very silent place. The host had his family were always available for smallest of the help. They were super sweet to share with us a box of freshly baked cupcakes on the weekend. Such gestures make you feel home and special at the same time. Highly recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place! The apartment was very clean, the house was very spacious and beautifully decorated, made us feel at home and location was perfect for exploring the city. Ryan and Saif were incredibly responsive to my messages, even late at night and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Montreal and we would be looking to stay at this place again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

I am so glad I chose to book my vacation and stay here at this airbnb. Conveniently located and easy to get to it was a great deal for the price of the stay. I'm sure summertime here would be even better. Coming from YUL is extremely easy, one bus from the airport and a 5 minute walk after that and then I was there! Inbetween old port and Mont royal so there were many many places to see within a 30 minute walk away! IGA was really close by, multiple bus stops, steps from Saint-Laurent which is a populated street with numerous restaurants and bars. This airbnb is definitely one of the best if not, THE BEST that I've been to lately. I loved how I had everything I needed in the apartment, felt like I was living at home with a full washroom, kitchen and eating space, two beds if needed but I just used one. Lots of pillows and blankets, toaster, rice cooker, coffee machine, cutlery and cooking utensils. anyway, thank you for being a great host and for having me stay. au revoir!

Very nice apartment. Extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. Wi-Fi is slow but other than that it was excellent. I would recommend for sure.

I stayed at Mariana's place for 1 night and it was great. The location is great as it is in the entertainment district and is walking distance to transit. Mariana provided clear and helpful instructions to make sure I had a great stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Montreal. I hope to stay here again!

Very warm, it had everything we needed and even more, really impeccable! the hosts were really nice!

Great stay, great location! Located very close to outdoor activities. The hot tub and pool table is a big plus to the place. A little more difficult to access the sauna for us sinceit had to be left by the owner. However, we did not miss any activity to do 😊 Fully-equipped Kitchen! It was great 👌
