Cheryl was always attentive to make sure we had what we needed, which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this little house to anyone looking for a charming and safe place to stay.

I can’t say enough thank you’s to Oliver. He helped us book our stay after losing our home in the Eaton fire and worked with us to make sure the 211 help was applied to our stay. He and his fiancé brought over treats for our dogs and checked in on us to make sure we were okay. His home was a soft space to land, and we felt at ease knowing we were in his hands as we started our recovery.

Craig's place was nothing short of accommodating. I'll start off by saying I was there at the unfortunate start of the recent fires in LA and he made sure to reach out and continued to remain in contact throughout the duration of my stay and made me feel very safe in my location. The property was extremely clean and convenient and provided so many things I usually forget or would need while away like a hair dryer, sewing kit, extra blankets, and while I didn't have my dog with me I saw in the cabinets that he had dog bowls, poopie bags, and even toys which deserves 5 stars for that alone! Having a garage was extremely helpful and the outdoor area was super cute and spacious with a view of the hills. There was a fire pit I didn't get to use but I definitely would have if the circumstances were better. Considering the emergencies taking place, I still had a great stay in LA cozying up in the house and the wifi connection was great enough for me to get work done. Def recommend!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Amanda's place during an unexpected fire evacuation. The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable and safe. The host went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, offering quick responses and thoughtful touches that made a stressful time much easier to bear. During these tough fire times Jihan was very understanding of our situation & quickly responded to all of our needs. My family and I absolutely loved this place. House felt like home away from home. Parking could be tricky at times but other than that amazing place to stay!

My wife and I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the last two years doing the whole digital nomad thing. This property was the best equipped with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Special shoutout to the comfy beds and linen! Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with the parking situation, which made our trip so much smoother. The location is super convenient, with easy access to a variety of Chinese restaurants and shopping centers. It was the perfect spot for both dining and exploring the area. David’s place was very comfortable and a great size for my partner and I! He was very kind to let us check in early, and communication was great. The place is immaculate, just as the pictures show. I entered the Airbnb in the immediate aftermath of the Altadena fire. The hosts were responsive and showed concern for my family's welfare and comfort. They were very empathetic and wanted to be sure we were safe. I appreciated that as well as the comfort of their home. Remarkably, they still had an air filter that was ready for use when many other rentals have put it away. I loved having a full kitchen and good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I appreciated every detail they put into this unit. Top notch in every way!

Lucy was a thoughtful, kind, and responsive host. Her place was comfortable and filled with amenities—we felt at home! I highly recommend staying there. It’s conveniently located near the freeway and Burbank shopping and restaurants, but it’s also a quiet, residential neighborhood. The only tricky thing was the parking as getting in and out took some getting used to. There was always street parking though.

I loved Steve and Laura's place! it's so much nicer than the pictures and it's very cozy. the bed was so comfortable, it smelled so good in there, it would be romantic for a couple. it was quiet, private and everything was new and clean. Steve and Laura reassured me that I was safe, because I had to evacuate my home in Calabasas due to the fires and had nowhere to go. I'm grateful to them and would stay again. I wanted to extend, but all units were booked after my check out. it was perfect, I enjoyed it.

Ginger was a very welcoming and gracious host, and left us be after making sure we had everything we needed. It's an easy location for getting anywhere. The space itself is full of anything you might need - previous guests probably left coffee in the fridge, and Ginger stocked it with fresh apples from the backyard. Beds are super comfortable - I want those pillows.

We picked this home because of the free parking and the convenient location close to the NBA arena. It was like staying in a classy hotel. The instructions were clear to check in and out. Richard the doorman was so friendly and knew us by name after meeting us. The room had all the amenities described in the listing. The owners just installed new soundproof windows making outside noise almost inaudible (I imagine before it could be quite loud in the living room that overlooks the street). We never went up to the pool, but it seemed straightforward enough to use it if you want it. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in DTLA, we highly recommend this place! Hope to stay here again!

Our hosts, Giselle and Ali, were outstanding. They offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and the best restaurants, helping us experience Los Angeles like locals. Their attention to every little detail made our stay seamless and enjoyable. From prompt communication to thoughtful touches, Giselle and Ali went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!

I highly recommend this downtown LA space. Super safe and quiet building. Pristine apartment with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The host is super helpful and responds quickly and completely to inquiries. If this place is available on my next visit to LA I'm booking it first.

Malcom’s place was even better than the photo’s! Super comfy bed and lots of room. There’s also a washer and dryer which was handy! He provided complimentary snacks as well which was a nice touch. Would stay again :)

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
