Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rosario Islands

This is my second time staying at Monica's place. It's a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ask for. It's located in the nice neighborhood of Getsemani. The house is in walking distance to all the entertainment that Cartagena has to offer. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Colombia.

The stay was super. We stayed for one night and everything was fine.

I would highly recommend staying here. Some friends and I stayed there for 4 nights. Camalina (housekeeper) took care of us as if we were her own. She grocery shopped and cooked for us upon request. She also cleaned the place and our rooms daily. Make sure you tip her each day. Yustin (night security) picked up where she left off making sure we had everything we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The location is perfect. You walked out the front door and you’re immediately surrounded by restaurants, shops, spas, artwork and vendors. The area is super friendly and we saw a ton of families as we took in the area. I can’t say enough about how accommodating the owners are. Each room has its own key and a safe to lock up any valuables. I only have two words….BOOK IT!!!

Beautifully situated in the historical center, on a quiet street, just across from an upscale shopping mall and 5 minutes walk to a supermarket, which we frequented regularly to buy basics. We enjoyed the jacuzzi to cool off in the evenings, the rooms were comfortable. Except on Christmas Eve when the bar next door set up a loudspeaker in the street, it was peaceful at night. Paula was proactive and responsive, and when there was a hiccup with the water due to construction in the street, she got a technician in quickly to get it fixed. We could step out of the beautiful door right onto the animated and colorful street, we could walk anywhere in the walled city within twenty minutes. There are many restaurant options next door. Darly, the housekeeper, gave us good tips. Highly recommend Cartagena, the city is beautiful, the history is fascinating, and there are great day excursions.

The location was perfect, with restaurants and nightlife.I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend D. Cristellas and their property highly enough.

This home is stunning. It is very spacious and incredible access to Cartagena’s walled city. I wish we would have booked for more than 2 nights. It was very clean and comfortable. The employees, Alecia and Santiago, were very friendly. Overall it was an amazing stay. Kitchen has everything you need, pool is delightful (clean and heated), living room has big sofa and a large table. There are many common areas which make for a nice time with family.

It is a great place ideal for family and rest and relaxation, widely recommended, I draw the attention that they have solar panels that help with energy saving. The hostess is very kind and charismatic 100% recommended… I hope to be back soon…

This was the best locación we could have possibly stayed in. Not only is the apartment better than the pictures but the hosts are wonderful and their communication is 10/10, so much so that we forgot a watch and they shipped it over to the city that we stay in. Thanks guys, will defo be staying with you again and i highly recommend!

One of our favourite Airbnbs during our 3 months trip. The place is roomy and spotless, located well, and has an amazing pool. The kitchen is very serviceable, and is kitted out with things like a coffee maker and blender. Sebastian was very helpful and responded within minutes.

Beautiful apartment. Modern, spacious and spotless. Very well located close to everything. The housekeeping lady was very nice, she made sure we felt comfortable and at home! I would definitely recommend this place if you come to Cartagena.

I recommend it 100%, Sandra was attentive at all times, the place is as was and you have impressive views, good location, close to everything in general if you don't want to be with a lot of noise, I loved it, I would come back! 🥰❤️

Very nice apartment Víctor behaved like few very kind hosts. He was on the lookout for everything. We wanted to extend another day but unfortunately he had already booked and if I return to Cartagena of course that I will wash here again

Very good location and a spectacular view.

Great place. Spacious, and everything you need is there (equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer). The building complex is very relaxed, with pools and a private access to the beach. Rosa was very friendly and helped us out with a minor problem.

Paola’s listing is hands down the best airbnb I’ve had not just in Colombia but period the building is very secure special thanks to Henry one of the security guards who made sure he remembered my name my entire stay in my opinion it’s the most beautiful building and the views are amazing you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set or take a 5 min uber to the walled city. I was also provided with a number of fantastic local recommendations and tips on how to get around the city safely. I will definitely be staying in this listening again or any of Paola’s other listening in Colombia. Thank you for the hospitality!

This is a really good place to stay and really nice view.

We love the place. Danny is a great host, very responsive and professional. He is very friendly. The building is very secure in a wonderful neighborhood. There are a lot of Restaurants and plenty of shopping. The apartment was very clean and has great view. I highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again. As many have noted the building policy about no visitors is very strict. No exception apparently. At the same time it feels really peaceful and secure. So that’s a good trade off.

Orlando was a great host. He connected with me prior to the trip, provided details for location and entry. Orlando met me in person to show me the apt. He showed me all the details of the apt, to include tv working, kitchen details, etc. Orlando checked in with to see how things were going and he was available to answer my questions anytime. The apartment was immaculate, centrally located, and all the amenities one would need. the pool, gym, sauna, and steam room were perfect. the mall and supermarket was connected to the building. Security of the area was outstanding. This was a great place to stay and Orlando was the perfect host.
