Coming away from this property made us incredibly sad, we're going to miss that beautiful home and the stunning views! Sinead sent over a very detailed list of local recommendations and fantastic instructions. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything you needed with even some small details we hadn't considered. Unbelievable views across Glen Lough and a beautiful mature garden to enjoy. A very special location, with very easy links to Letterkenny, Dungloe and surrounding national parks and mountains. Would certainly recommend longer than a couple of days, you won't want to leave!

I cannot recommend Deirdre’s place enough! Deirdre, in true Donegal style, was so welcoming! A beautiful, clean, spacious house where our dogs were welcome. We had freshly baked scones by Deirdre for breakfast (to die for), plenty of food, fresh towels and bed linen plus spectacular views of Muckish mountain. Deirdre was a first class host. A home from home. We will definitely be back.

This is such a dreamy place to stay. I had beautiful weather and it was lovely being so close to the water - views were great. Caroline was really welcoming and had milk, butter and bread for me. The place was clean, tidy and very comfy. Truly enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend. Thanks so much!

The place, location, everything was perfect. Unfortunately we stayed when the storm hit and were due to check out on Friday, Shane let us stay until the storm passed and also dropped a message to make sure we were ok. Very hospitable and top notch accommodation

Had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place to leave the business of life behind for a weekend. We got good weather too which made it even better. The house is beautiful, clean, cute and cozy. Had to duck around upstairs as the ceiling isn’t that high but that wasn’t a problem, made it more fun🤣. The parking area is small enough but reversing in made it easy to get in and out of the parking. Lovely hosts. Very kind and friendly and active in ensuring we had a great weekend. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet calm peaceful getaway.

Beautiful cottage in the Donegal countryside. Shaun and Sheila were wonderful hosts. The cottage is beautiful inside and outside. The facilities were amazing, we cooked most meals for our 5 night stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. The outdoor area is amazing. The hot tub was a lovely touch, we enjoyed it most nights, even in January! There is lovely walks around the cottage and a stunning waterfall a short drive away. No problem getting to and from the local towns if you fancy a drink with taxi services near by. Would highly recommend and really looking forward to getting back for a relaxing break!

It was the perfect place to stay. Private. Quiet. Peaceful with outstanding views of the sea. The house is quite high tech; underfloor heating, electric closing and opening curtains, lights with all kinds of settings. The place is open plan, spacious. There is a large log fire which adds ambiance and warmth. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. Laundry facilities excellent. Beach just beside the house. Outstanding areas for walks. Highly recommend this premises.

Stunning location and beautiful house with a lovely view. Cecil and Erin were fabulous hosts and we felt very welcomed. Everything was super clean and the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Will definitely be back soon.
