Very good stay in Ste Agnès, clean and warm accommodation. We were very well hosted by Blandine. A secure spot for the car is not negligible compared to the location. The view is magnificent and everything remains very accessible, the village of Ste Agnès, Menton the city/the beach, Monaco, Italy ...

We had a great weekend at Cindy's! My friend and I took full advantage of the calm and exterior of the home! The apartment is nice and very well equipped! A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Perfect villa for a large group or family holiday (we were 2 families). The pool is fantastic, and really well maintained, in a pretty garden setting. Love the swing seats, and the table tennis table is a great new addition. The views from the kitchen and upstairs are beautiful. Agnes, who looks after bookings for Isabelle, was really helpful and responsive to queries. We had a problem with the shutters but we were impressed with how quickly it was resolved, and they even offered to buy blackout blinds whilst waiting for the electrician to visit. The villa is a short stroll to the village, which is absolutely beautiful. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

Christophe is a 10/10 host - absolutely wonderful at communicating and being proactive. He even let us check in early and check out late - it seemed like nothing was too big of an ask. The airbnb itself was absolutely gorgeous - even better than the photos. There is so much room and plenty of equipment for cooking in or having a bbq. An absolutely perfect spot - I have no recommendations on improvements! Thank you for the most amazing stay.

We loved our stay here. Raymond and Anne were incredibly kind and generous hosts. Their listing is just as described. We loved the location and were able to visit all of the surrounding towns. The space was extremely clean & we loved using the hot tub!

Sylvie very pleasant and super responsive, very warm! The spa is a plus. The accommodation was a good fit for the description. private terrace, a large part of which was covered. Restaurant Chez Rose worth recommending! Pizzeria grocery store in the square (warm welcome at the 2 establishments).

Very nice accommodation, ideal for relaxing in the middle of the mountains and doing activities like hiking. Everything is well in order and organized, comfortable bed, kitchen with all necessary utensils, A/C, clean sheets, etc. Isabelle the host is very friendly, responds quickly and can offer various hiking options. For dog lovers, Obi (I can't tell which breed), is a young person full of energy and very friendly. In short, I would definitely recommend!

Very cozy pool house in a great garden. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and were provided with numerous tips for things to do in the area. Overall a very relaxed stay and also absolutely positive to dogs.

Florence’s apartment is splendid. Lovely and full of character. The bed and other furnishings are extremely comfortable. Absolutely the best location in the center of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Florence is certainly worthy of her recognition as a super host. Because her shop and gallery are downstairs from the apartment, she was able to greet us in person. Her restaurant recommendations were superb. Staying at the Mistral made our visit really wonderful. Happy to see Saint-Paul-de-Vence, especially in the off-season!

The location is ideal in relation to various major cities (Nice, Cannes, Monaco) and the mountains. Furthermore, Patrick gives the necessary tips and useful descriptions for activities nearby. In addition, the pool is very clean to take a refreshing dip! Furthermore, the apartment has been quite refurbished with a new kitchen and cozy living room. In short, a great place to celebrate a vacation!

A beautiful house in a very well-kept residence with a pool and very nice garden quietly located at the foot of St. Paul de Vence. The decor very nice with 5 bedrooms and 4 wet rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the terraces are spacious and very nicely furnished. This house leaves nothing to be desired. We were there during the old year week, the rooms are very well heated. In short: Beautiful house - well equipped in quiet surroundings.

A place full of character and charm, in the spirit of a traditional rural French house with the added bonus of modern touches (aircon, heating, showers, etc). Be prepared for need to get in the car for shopping/cafes etc - but this was always combined with a trip to visit some of the interesting aspects and villages of the area. Missing from the photos is the en-suite shower room in one of the bedrooms - a great bonus! Magali was a most helpful host.

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.

Gorgeous property, beautiful and comfortable home. Location perfect! No parking on site only because the villa isn’t accessible by car, but it’s a short walk to the parking lots, so not too much trouble.

We stayed here for a team building off-site, it was excellent for a big group as it's very spacious and has good BBQ/cooking facilities. The views from the terrace and pool are lovely. I would recommend having a car as it's a bit out of town, although you can easily order Ubers. Thanks for a great stay and for your flexibility around check in / check out.

We had an excellent week's vacation. The environment is quiet with lots of greenery, the pool is perfect for both adults and children, and the spa is a really nice plus! We were able to visit several places in the area, the estate is very well located for that. Everything was done by Coralie so that we could have a pleasant stay. We know where to come back when we want to have another vacation in the area!

Siegfried and Magali were excellent hosts. Responsive when we needed them, but left us to enjoy our holiday in peace otherwise. The house is comfortable and well equipped, and our family particularly enjoyed the pool house and barbecue area. It's an easy walk into the village for the bakery in the morning and restaurants in the evening. It was a shame about the thunderstorms, but we were cosy inside when the weather was bad. Thank you Siegfried and Magali for your hospitality.

Absolutely loved Stephane’s place. We were a group of 4 and a little dog and couldn’t have been happier. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and full of lovely indoor and outdoor seating and lounging space. The pool area is private, peaceful and very clean. The house is incredibly well equipped with everything you need to cook in which we did most nights after long days exploring. You are in a quiet residential area. There is a big grocery store and boulangerie just 10 minutes walk. St Paul de Vence which is adorable and charming is 10 minutes drive, 20 min drive to airport and 20 min to central Nice. Probably ok with public transport but better with a car for seeing the many charming villages in the region. Stephane was at the place to warmly welcome us and was super quick to respond to a couple of queries . A perfect south of France getaway!! Merci !!
