Places to stay in Roosevelt

Jason was a great host, he responded promptly to any questions we had. The house was great and there was plenty of room for our entire family to stay comfortably. The appliances were all new including coffee pot and in great condition, the kitchen is really nice for cooking and roomy. The gated community had really nice security staff that made us feel at home in the gated community. The fitness room was the best we have ever had in any place we have stayed.

Great location for activities in Mesa. The home was as advertised, worked well for our purposes. This is a shared home, the advertisement is upfront about it, ensure you understand what this means and your expectations will be aligned with your stay. Great pool.

I really enjoyed the space! Great for being out and about in the Scottsdale area - everything is very walkable. Many amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and art nearby. Note, the pool is not heated and there are sparse chairs. That said, no one was there any of the times I went, which was nice! The condo is on the first floor. I recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. The upstairs neighbors are stompers. Really nice bathroom! There is no bathroom fan so humidity does build up. The stick keeping the shower window closed has some mold on the ends. Maybe recommend changing to metal. Unit has an old heating and cooling system - I had no issues with it. The unit stayed cool when desired! Many days we took a 20 min drive to the McDowell mountains for hikes. The drive was easy and parking at the unit is very convenient. Thanks so much for hosting!

Dominic's place has a perfect, cozy, mid-century vibe. It was clean and well kept. Bed was super comfortable. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked. His recommendations for near by restaurants and coffee shops were spot on, especially Grounds on 2nd, just 1/2 block away. We love trying local places when we travel. The exterior of the building was being painted during our stay. The crew worked hard, they were polite, quiet and finished up while we were there. Dominic was kind enough to let us know before we arrived. Since we were busy during the day, it really didn't interrupt us. The exterior of the building now matches the cleanliness of the interior of Dominic's place! When we return to Scottsdale, we'll be back in touch with Dominic.

Stayed here the night before a flight @ mesa airport. Good location, easy to find/ get settled in.

I was here for almost three months. Early January till the end of March. Loved the guest rooms had their own bathroom plus half bath down stairs. I like the modern look with few things sitting around. Pool was great, not far from airport, old town Scottsdale near plus lots of restaurants and shopping. Jonah and James were great hosts and kept me informed of repairs on property taking place.

The pool is very clean, very pretty space, enjoyed having a full kitchen and grill so we didn’t have to eat at restaurants for every meal. Easy to get to and places we wanted to visit were typically 10-20 drive.

Overall, a great spot in Scottsdale! Close to Camelback, Old Towne and Fashion Square.
