The house has two bedrooms plus Den and 2½ Baths. Relaxing hot tub. Beautiful Zen Bathroom with Private outdoor shower conveniently off the hot tub deck. Sleeps up to 6 people. Paris Bedroom: Queen Bed Full Bath with Shower The house has a fully equipped kitchen, well-stocked pantry and a comfortable living room/dining room area with a large television, premium channels and wireless internet access. The main deck off the dining room has a gas grill with patio seating. Our hot tub deck is adjacent and fully private- just you and the view! Our Zen bathroom with outdoor shower right off the deck means you have all you need without going back into the house. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with luxury bedding. Towels are provided as well as soap, shampoo and other toiletries. Washer & Dryer on site with laundry detergent provided. Wine and Chocolate provided on arrival. Coffee & Condiments in Kitchen The house includes a comprehensive guide to entire area with our personal recommendations. The owners live 1/16 miles away and are available for suggestions and assistance with local activities and winery visits. The house is at the end of a picturesque road on Taylor Mountain, overlooking Rohnert Park and Petaluma. Bordered by 2 private ranches there are no neighbors, so it’s a tranquil rural setting. Hundreds of world-class wineries are a short drive away. Car is required. Uber and local taxi service are available Large Private Deck with Hot Tub, Outdoor shower and bathroom adjacent to deck. A peaceful spot, yet also geared for a child or two if your group includes children: there was a play structure and a playhouse that our almost 3 year old adored. Plenty of space to gather for long conversations or for time alone to read and rest. The nearby beaches were easy to get to from the house: Shell Beach, Heart's Desire Beach and Chicken Ranch Beach. We only had 5 days and 4 nights at the house, but we all felt refreshed at the end of our stay. Belinda, the host, was responsive to all of our questions when we arrived. Once at the house, it's pretty easy to be there: a well stocked kitchen with ample condiments and spices, and a large open space living room/dining room to hang out, and an expansive deck with a couch to gather with your group and talk into the evening or just look up at the stars.

This was a great house to stay in. It is quiet and off the highway a bit, but the walk to the beach is short and easy. There is tons to do within a short drive either towards Bodega Bay or North. This is a great spot if you like the outdoors. The house is cozy and clean, my family loved the spa and just hanging out. The house was well stocked with everything you need for cooking and being at the beach, there is even a carafe for coffee if there are a lot of coffee drinkers in the house. Alora is great, she is super responsive and very friendly to work with. I highly recommend staying is her home.

What a charming and cozy home Don and Amy have made. From the amazing fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and darling decor you have found your second home! We had the most wonderful getaway ringing in the new year. We cooked, watched movies and enjoyed soaking in the hot tub in the amazing back yard. We rent alot of homes and found Don and Amy's place a contender for the top spot. When I entered there were lights on, music playing, easy instructions and a lovely bottle of wine, box of crackers, gourmet cheese and several bottled waters. How nice is that! We felt so welcome and it was truly a joy. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We will be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Dave’s beautiful home. There was plenty of room for the six of us, and it was exactly as described . The kitchen is very well stocked and made cooking for a group very easy. The outdoor space was very peaceful and relaxing. Finally the home is very centrally located to a number of amazing restaurants and wineries.

Booked this place for a girls trip. Location was amazing and easy to walk to downtown, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. There were 4 rooms and we were able to fit 8 adults. Two of the rooms are smaller, but the living room and dining spaces were very comfortable and that’s where we spent most of the time when we were at the Airbnb. The host was very responsive during our trip. We would definitely come back again!

Mike and Jefferson have created such a lovely sanctuary with this home. The beautifully landscaped garden area, outdoor living space, and fantastic amenities all made it feel like our very own private retreat. The property is quite expansive, with multiple areas for gathering, as well as several private spots for quietude. Whether swimming in the fantastic pool, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling dinner in the outdoor kitchen/dining area, or just gathering around the fire table, we looked forward to just being outside at home most of the time and didn't want to leave! Inside, however, was really just as cozy, with a well-stocked kitchen, including an espresso machine that made excellent cappuccinos that I looked forward to each day. This home is perfect for families -- our kids loved not just the pool but also all the other "toys" like the tire swing, table tennis, and basketball hoop. Would love to return and will recommend this property to others without any hesitation!

The home was perfect for our friend group of 7 people. We enjoyed the pool greatly during the October heatwave. We enjoyed the kitchen as we made a few meals at the house and it had everything we needed. Jerry was quick to respond if we had any questions at all although there were rarely any questions since he did such a great job checking us in and showing us around. Would definitely recommend for a family or friend trip. And I would absolutely stay again!
