Robin and Peter’s place and wonderful spot to stay, they have books of secrets inside that give you ideas of things to do around kittery and a bunch more, they have everything labeled so well which had almost all my questions answered instantly. Not to mention the hot tub and huge bonus. 10/10 would recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay, lots to do with in a few miles. There are some games to play while we enjoyed a fire. We had a projector so we enjoyed a movie later on upstairs in the loft. Thank you for the relaxing time.

Shilo Farmhouse: Goats & Hot Tub! Near Portsmouth

TarynRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Shilo Farm is an absolute treasure! My girlfriends and I wanted to book a trip somewhere where we could relax, recharge and have a mixture of nature and city life (close to Portsmouth,NH) The farm was lovely, even in the Winter. We were hit with some snow and it was a winter wonderful. With the cold weather we took advantage of the hot tub everyday and it was bliss. The goat bar was so much fun and we loved to give the goats a little scratch everyday. One of us went to yoga and said it was a great session for her skill level. The home itself was cozy, comfortable and the decor was eclectic and it gave off a homey vibe as soon as we walked in. Amylyn and Jonas were so nice and very easy to communicate with. They also gave us some fresh eggs which we ate everyday for breakfast. The kitchen is set up with all the amenities you need to stay in and cook. Overall, what an amazing relaxing stay, and I will absolutely be back in the Spring or Summer! Thanks again, Amylyn and Jonas.

Charming Maine Farmhouse & 1 full breakfast! (Rm2)

CatherineRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The bed was super cozy, the host was responsive and friendly, and the cats were adorable! I had a nice evening with the host chilling with the cats (and petting and playing with them) while watching TV, and when I stepped out for dinner I found a great place following her recommendations. The breakfast was great! The French toast was delicious, and the timing was perfect - made fresh shortly after I came downstairs, close to the time we’d discussed the day before. Check-in and check-out were simple too.

Winnie's Place - Freshly Renovated 1800s Farmhouse

GeorganneRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Winnie’s Farmhouse was our best Airbnb stay yet!! Checks all the boxes and more. Michelle and Ray are terrific hosts who strike just the right balance of accessibility and privacy, with hospitality and charm. They clearly love the farmhouse and genuinely want you to enjoy it too. From a charming Welcome Basket, to periodic checkins to make sure all is well and working, to thoughtful touches thru the house. Winnie’s has comfy beds and linens, a terrific kitchen, a huge TV for movie night, plenty of storage space for clothes, bikes and kayaks, and strong WiFi for remote work. Great attention to detail on amenities needed to feel like home, and well insulated to minimize any sounds from cars on the local road that passes the property. Location is wonderfully remote and private set within a beautiful and expansive hayfield in a small town, yet close to highways for easy access to Boston and exploring New England towns, beaches, and skiing. Highly recommend! We’ll be back for sure!

North Road Farm Bunkhouse, bed 6

ElizabethRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This was my second time staying with Jan. As the description says, this is a hostel-type stay, so be prepared to share the space and all that comes along with that. I stayed here both times for a night with my dog. Her other guests were very respectful and kind. As a single woman traveling alone, I appreciate that Jan takes the time to check in with her guests at some point when everyone is around to get a pulse on her new guests. It's a great, safe spot to stay for cheap especially when traveling with my pet.

Beautiful farm in a great location. Very cozy setting, a picturesque setting to spend a couple nights or a longer stay. The Hosts were super friendly, will make you feel at home and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Super clean from top to bottom. Loved the shower and the washer/dryer is a huge plus. Would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely have to spend some weekends there in the future.

Beautiful house on lake property. It was peaceful, quiet, comfortable, gorgeous views and great for our family. We would like to stay again in warmer weather. Sue was an excellent host. I can't say enough good things about her and her helpfulness, care, concern that we were doing well, and promptly responding to any questions . She really made us feel like it was home.
