Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rock

We had a fab stay in February half term. The apartment is in a great location -with a view of Fistral and a short walk to town. It was clean and spacious, and the welcome biscuits were a lovely treat. Darren was always quick to get back to any questions, and was flexible on our check in and check out times. We will stay again!

Huge thanks to Emma for such a wonderful stay in Newquay. The apartment is exactly as described, with a very short walk to the local Beaches. Super peaceful and very cosy. I loved it. Emma was super helpful and clear with instructions, for which I was also very grateful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I hope to stay again in the future. Big thanks! XX

This was our first time booking an AirBnB and I needn't have worried. Marcus is a great host, very helpful and the property was exactly like the photos and description. It was in a perfect location for us, in a quiet part of town, but just a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there were some great pubs and Newquays beaches and harbour are also not far away. We found it very quiet in the apartment and weren't disturbed by any noise at all. We thought the Christmas tree and other decorations were a lovely touch and we felt at home and very comfortable.

Sara’s place was great and perfect for our one night stay in Falmouth. Sara and Ginny were excellent with communication prior to our stay and everything was clean, tidy and as described.

Sally provided a wonderful, clean and beautiful accommodation for me, my wife and mother in law to stay while I worked. Everything was as described and Sally kept us fully informed on our 1 night stay. will definitely use again!

We enjoyed our short break at Surf’s Up. The view from the lounge was amazing and we were within walking distance of everything. We were able to check in early which was great, and especially to have our own parking space right outside so very convenient. Everything is close including Fistral beach which was great for walking the dog and everywhere in Newquay is very dog friendly so we were able to take her to so many places. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed including all kitchen utensils , coffee machine and washer/dryer . Of course the kids needed internet and it was easy to access and great reception. All the communication was very prompt especially given it was over the Christmas period. If we come back in the summer we would love to stay again to make even more use of the beach and local activities . thanks

My partner, Kevin & I (plus our dog, Jakey) had a fabulous 2 night stay in Little Anvil. This was our first visit to The Lizard Peninsula & this accommodation was in a perfect location to explore all the places we wanted to see. Lori & Tim have made this accommodation SO cosy & welcoming. The decor was really tasteful - vintage / French chic / farmhouse style; the bed and sofa were extremely comfortable, as were the pillows, and the location was really peaceful. We also appreciated the biscuits & milk left for us, plus a vase of fresh Tulips. We also enjoyed using the quality toiletries, which included the Faith In Nature brand which I love. We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Mel’s Airbnb in Portreath! The highlight was definitely the beach-facing balcony — waking up to the sound of the waves and having coffee with a view was unbeatable. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Great location, just steps from the beach and local amenities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic stay by the sea. Thanks, Matt and Mel!

Finally great to get an air BnB where everything works. Superb location - ideal for getting everywhere in Cornwall. (Tip - we all did Eden Project Park run on Saturday am which then means you get free entry, normally £42 each....) Place was immaculate on arrival. All furnishings and beds, linen etc very clean. Beds super comfy, Furnishings of a high standard, not just tat for a holiday let :), very tastefully decorated in a beach vibe. Fully equipped kitchen with every item you need and more. Lovely complimentary provisions on arrival (Even posh Hot Chocolate) Also all the showers all worked faultlessly, with no leaks or cold water - (first time ever in a holiday let.) We had a fantastic stay with the family and also enough dining seats for my son who lives locally to come over for an evening meal. All in all a fantastic find, thankyou Jamie for a lovely location for our "special" Birthday celebrations. If you book - please respect the home as it is immaculate and I'd like to return

Well maintained house with garden and terrace. Very spacious and can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Kitchen is well equipped and appliances are brand new. We encountered some problems during our stay but Tom has been very responsive and easy to communicate.

Loved our stay at Nick & Claire’s house with its beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed cooking & dining in the expansive kitchen diner as well as outdoors in the delightful BBQ area. We were delighted at the tray of welcome goodies we were left & appreciated the folder of helpful advice. In the evenings when the weather was sometimes a little chilly we had a cosy warm log fire in one of the cottage rooms. Everybody enjoyed the local beaches especially Gwithian with Body Boarding & Surfing a favourite. Occasionally there were things we couldn’t find or we needed - Nick & Claire were extremely quick to respond & sort out any issues or provide us with things we requested. Our 10 days were greatly enjoyed by all including the additional four ‘early 20s’ young people we had with us who just loved their stay. Thank you!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. See you again next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic stay. So comfortable, clean, well presented home. yummy scones waiting for us, and a little milk which meant I could have a tea first thing in the morning! There were also dog bowls and a dental stick waiting for our pup. The addition of flowers in the house made it feel so homely and everything was so comfy. Watching the surfing from the balcony was a real highlight. Also, Marita is the ideal host! So responsive and friendly :-) We cant wait to stay again- everything was perfect!

Lucy was a great host! The flat was spotless, she sent us super clear instructions to get to the flat. The parking spot, was a big plus!

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!

We were looking for a suitable accommodation property to host my differently-able son whom we only get to see when we travel down from Wiltshire. No 9 was ideal - certainly beating 2 previous properties we have tried. Our son was really relaxed in the property and seemed very at home with the facilities.

This was a return visit for us. We loved it so much we booked to come back before leaving. Second time just as charming. Flat is spotless, quiet and dog friendly. C&A were brilliant at letting us know the flat was available early and we could come when we were ready. The area is fantastic. Right in the tick of it on the beach while still being away from the hustle bustle of the village centre. The summer house and Alcatraz are pretty much on site and perfect for a bite or a sundowner. 10/10.
