Perfect pet friendly location right on the river! So close to many shops and restaurants. We loved this location and will definitely return.

Comfortable home in one of Davenport’s most walkable neighborhoods. I loved the view of the river (and the birds!) from the kitchen window!

The arrival instructions were clear and accurate. The home was spotless and beautiful! We loved the decor, hardwood floors, and comfortable carpet. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Donna checked in on us to make sure we were warm with the extreme cold snap. Location is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with well-kept homes. Dining and activities were a mere 5 minute drive. We’d have loved to be able to sit outside and enjoy the nature around the home but it was much too cold this trip. Definitely recommend this home!!

Ryan was excellent host. 5 girl reunion weekend, with a couple of "monica" clean fanatics. Ryan's home passed their test, could not have been more comfortable & convenient. we ubered to Treehouse Pub, enjoyed dinner in an igloo! Ryan offered to drive us if Uber not available!! we spent rest of weekend catching up, hanging out in the beautiful livingroom, eating/ preparing food in fully stocked kitchen. Everyone's beds were comfortable, no traffic, so quiet all the time, he even had fans for those of us who need white noise! If not so cold, perfect neighborhood for a walk, and not too far from village of E Davenport. Cannot beat the price, for such an incredible home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars from 5, 50- something yo women!!!

We had a great stay at this home. It was very comfortable and clean. Well stocked for cooking. There is a Keurig so make sure to bring pods with you! There was a washer/dryer which was nice. My daughter loved how the home was “musically inclined” with all the speakers and surround sound. She was definitely impressed. The view from the home is amazing. The traffic was a little heavy but never really bothered us until we were trying to leave. I would definitely love to stay here again - maybe when it wasn’t below freezing so I could enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Such a fun time in LeClaire. So much to do and we were able to walk because we were located in the middle of town. Place was a dream. Cute, cozy, clean, and had everything we could have needed.

This charming cottage offers breathtaking views of the water and a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The sunroom was our favorite spot to unwind, catch a sunset and watch barges occasionally drift by. The neighborhood was quiet, but there was plenty to do nearby - shops, restaurants, wineries and historical sites. Robin was an exceptional host—responsive, and welcoming.

Can’t recommend this place enough! My husband I came for a relaxing and recharging weekend to celebrate our birthdays. The views were amazing and the hot tub is the best seat in the house. Betzy was so accommodating and friendly. Everything you need for a getaway ♥️
