The house was very clean and tidy with beautiful bedrooms. The huge TV and modern kitchen stocked with a range of utensils made the visit a home from home. It was such a short walk to the beach and we would love to come back and stay again. Kelly was flexible with the check in and very quick to respond to questions. Would recommend 100%

We loved Annabelle’s cottage , such a lovely warm welcoming home , full of lovely personal touches tea , breads , prosecco and flowers in the rooms and offer of neighbours car parking space as we had friends with us to celebrate the new year , loved the area , so quite , Whitstable town did not disappoint and we recommend the restaurant No 1 Whitstable , thank you for offering your home

Nikki’s annexe is spotlessly beautiful, very well equipped and wonderfully comfortable. We loved being greeted by Nikki and by the goodies she provided in our welcome pack and dotted around the Cottage. I especially appreciated the wonderful gluten free food she provided. I felt really spoilt! The drinks in the fridge and fresh milk were great too. We enjoyed the superb decor and style, the log burner with plenty of fuel and offers to remake the fire, the comfy bed in the large bedroom and well equipped kitchen. The traffic through the village is busy but the annexe remains peaceful and Leeds Castle is just a few minutes away. Would highly recommend

We booked this place for our wedding night and the night before. The groom and best man stayed the night before and bride and groom the second night. It’s a lovely air BnB, very spacious and very clean. The hosts were lovely and contacted us 2 days before and the day before just to let us know about heating and about breakfast croissants provided and just made sure we had seen all the details sent. They even gave us a card, chocolates and Prosecco for our wedding day, so lovely and thoughtful, it made our morning. They also provided towels for the best man, groom and bride, the only downside was that the towels were very small and couldn’t cover all of us to dry ourselves. Would still recommend for everyone.

I had an incredibly quiet and wonderful stay with my baby and mom at this beautiful getaway. It exceeded all our expectations! My mom was amazed by the thoughtful details in the space, the all-wood design, the bright and light atmosphere, and especially the perfect placement of the dining table. Everything was so well done! Thank you, Emily. We’re definitely coming back. I 100% recommend this serene retreat for anyone looking to reset from the hustle of city life. The peace, quiet, and stunning views of the beautiful horses made it all the more special.

It was nice staying at Kem’s place. It was a comfortable stay for me, my mum and brother for a short staycation. Kem was very responsive, and ensured we were okay. Apart from the stairs being quite steep, everything else was fine, would recommend

My family and I had a great stay for New Year. Amanda’s house was perfect. Beautifully decorated, spotless and plenty of space for our group of 7 and dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and didn’t want to come home. We ate meals in The Hampton Inn (Herne Bay) and Pearsons Arms (Whitstable) - both were lovely. Location was very convenient with local amenities in walking distance from house, which is perfect if you didn’t want to travel far. Amanda was a very hospitable host. She met us on arrival and was very flexible with check in and check out, and left us a very generous welcome pack. Thank you for having us!

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

A great place to stay for us visiting Whitstable for one night, convenient and quiet location with very easy access to the beach and dog walks (on lead). Great little place to stay with lots of nice touches including even a dog welcome pack and dog bed. Thanks Debi also for helping us with a rather late check in after we failed to get in at the appointed time!

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

We were visiting from Australia and wanted a place to stay close to our family and friends and couldn't have selected a better place. It's on the top floor of a lovely old converted building and inside there's everything that we could have wanted. The property was very clean, the beds comfortable and the bedding / bathroom towels were just like new. It's in a very peaceful location, and there are lovely views from the windows. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in a luxurious apartment, in a peaceful location, then this should be the one that you book. This will be top of our list next time we travel back from Oz.

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

Bertie and staff were great. We had a fantastic time and the full breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed a pint in the bar attached to the apartment and the atmosphere was right up our alley. If we're ever back in Southend on Sea we be contacting Bertie first.

Alex was lovely from the very beginning, so helpful! The apartment is one if the best we've stayed in, beautiful, amazing location right on the front, and everything was completely spotless! Such s perfect stay thank you so much Alex.

Peter and Janet's place is the perfect place for a couple to stay in Herne Bay - it's a lovely little apartment in a great central location minutes from the beach. The pictures didn't do justice to how nicely presented and spotlessly clean the place was, or how comfy the bed was! Peter was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We really appreciated the cold drinks, wine and fruit provided, as well as all the clean towels, the toiletries, and the little Christmas touches - there was everything you need and more. We hope to return.

Wonderful little B&B situated on the island, Victoria was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was particularly delicious (with plenty of options) and watching the ducks and chickens roaming the garden provided great entertainment! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I want to thank Lesley for her help getting the booking arranged, her friendly greeting on arrival and and efforts in providing a lovely place to stay. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

A very friendly welcome awaited us at the end of a wet day. Sonia & Simon provide everything that could be needed. The beds were really comfortable, it was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with home made jams, fresh fruit salad and fresh juice. Thank you

I stayed at Elaines with my mum on a previous occasion. This time my mum and dad stayed with Elaine and this is what they had to say; 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elaine and Teg's, they are friendly and welcoming hosts, and the breakfast was very good - a lovely additional extra. Elaine got to know what we liked, and adapted the breakfast accordingly. Elaine was flexible with the check-in time, which was very helpful. The place is spotless, and cosy, and we will definitely stay again. We highly recommend Elaine and Tegs!

Only staying in Kemsing for one night, Sonja’s home was just ideal. I came by train so it was a 20 min walk along the back roads & Sonja’s directions were spot on. Very welcoming on arrival, with fresh hot cups of tea a friendly chat. A healthy breakfast the following morning after a superbly peaceful sleep. Thank you Sonja.

A warm welcome by Marilyn and Kevin made me feel comfortable at the beginning of a superb stay in a homely environment. Excellent customer service can be quite a challenge to find amidst the demands of a fast-paced culture however Seahaven Bed and Breakfast offers a different view. Time is given to listen and willingness to help creates an enjoyable stay. A beautiful, clean, and spacious en-suite room included original artistry to enhance the enjoyment of the overall experience. The availability of a kettle is always appreciated especially when accompanied by a choice of teabags, coffee, milk, biscuits etc... The room has a TV, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi access. Royal Abert Bone China decorated with Old Country Roses decorates the table for breakfast. There are many options on the menu and a flexible approach. The location is within walking distance of Herne Bay rail station, shops, and the seaside but far enough away for a peaceful stay. Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely time.

Pippa was warm and friendly, a lovely interesting lady. Everything was pristine and very tastefully decorated . The gorgeous little touches made Pippas place, a warm and welcoming home from home. Loved the decor and artistic flare of this gorgeous house. Breakfast was made to order freshly cooked and delicious.
