Vacation rentals with breakfast in Rochford District

We had the loveliest overnight stay here! It was perfect for what we wanted, a beautiful house for a group get away to celebrate a birthday. We were all impressed how stunning the house, decor and cleanliness was upon arrival. The host was super helpful allowing for an early check-in and living so close to the property we had the option to message if we needed help with anything. Great amenities supplied, even included teas, coffee & milk which we were going to get on our way but didn’t have to! Would definitely recommend this property and host - we had the best time!

We loved Annabelle’s cottage , such a lovely warm welcoming home , full of lovely personal touches tea , breads , prosecco and flowers in the rooms and offer of neighbours car parking space as we had friends with us to celebrate the new year , loved the area , so quite , Whitstable town did not disappoint and we recommend the restaurant No 1 Whitstable , thank you for offering your home

Wow! What a gem! We have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years but The Annexe was 💯 % the best. Spotlessly clean, fully stocked with wonderful thoughtful extras, we cannot stress how wonderful it is. We have no hesitation in recommending The Annexe, you will not be disappointed.

We booked this place for our wedding night and the night before. The groom and best man stayed the night before and bride and groom the second night. It’s a lovely air BnB, very spacious and very clean. The hosts were lovely and contacted us 2 days before and the day before just to let us know about heating and about breakfast croissants provided and just made sure we had seen all the details sent. They even gave us a card, chocolates and Prosecco for our wedding day, so lovely and thoughtful, it made our morning. They also provided towels for the best man, groom and bride, the only downside was that the towels were very small and couldn’t cover all of us to dry ourselves. Would still recommend for everyone.

Have stayed in many AirBnBs over the years but this was unquestionably a stand-out. Maybe even the best ever. It’s a beautiful house, in a beautiful location. And above all it feels instantly like a home. So many of even the best AirBnBs feel a little sterile. This house feels alive, and full of personal touches. Thank you! We had a wonderful time.

Lovely stay at Emily’s and her families little house. It was warm, cosy and relaxed. Kitchen had condiments and cooking utensils. Bathroom spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are lovely and super comfortable. Lovely setting for peace and quiet. Thank you Emily for a great stay and nice touches. I would definitely stay again. 😊

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

Debi has the perfect place for a get away from the city. What made it even more perfect is it is a dog friendly place! It is spotless and tidy! We had a really great time and we hope to come back again! Her place is highly recommended for any one who is looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lovely walk from Whitstable/Tankerton Beach!

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

Bella is a fantastic host and was responsive to all of our queries. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious and the bedding was amazing! I would recommend for a relaxing staycation with friends.

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

Bertie and staff were great. We had a fantastic time and the full breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed a pint in the bar attached to the apartment and the atmosphere was right up our alley. If we're ever back in Southend on Sea we be contacting Bertie first.

Peter and Janet's place is the perfect place for a couple to stay in Herne Bay - it's a lovely little apartment in a great central location minutes from the beach. The pictures didn't do justice to how nicely presented and spotlessly clean the place was, or how comfy the bed was! Peter was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We really appreciated the cold drinks, wine and fruit provided, as well as all the clean towels, the toiletries, and the little Christmas touches - there was everything you need and more. We hope to return.

Wonderful little B&B situated on the island, Victoria was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was particularly delicious (with plenty of options) and watching the ducks and chickens roaming the garden provided great entertainment! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Lovely bedroom and separate private bathroom in Lesley's house. Comfortable and warm, easily walkable to the City centre and Chelmsford City FC. Ideal for couples exploring the area. Lesley is a great host!

A very friendly welcome awaited us at the end of a wet day. Sonia & Simon provide everything that could be needed. The beds were really comfortable, it was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with home made jams, fresh fruit salad and fresh juice. Thank you

We have stayed with Elaine and Teg on a number of occasions and will definitely stay again. They are superb hosts, very responsive and willing to tolerate our change of dates at short notice. Everything is clean and comfortable with plenty of tea, coffee etc. available in the room. The great breakfast is a bonus.

Only staying in Kemsing for one night, Sonja’s home was just ideal. I came by train so it was a 20 min walk along the back roads & Sonja’s directions were spot on. Very welcoming on arrival, with fresh hot cups of tea a friendly chat. A healthy breakfast the following morning after a superbly peaceful sleep. Thank you Sonja.

Pippa was warm and friendly, a lovely interesting lady. Everything was pristine and very tastefully decorated . The gorgeous little touches made Pippas place, a warm and welcoming home from home. Loved the decor and artistic flare of this gorgeous house. Breakfast was made to order freshly cooked and delicious.
