Vacation rentals with beach access in Roccamare

The location in Porto Azzuro was great. Especially to do something in the evening or to eat out. All within 5 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and the apartment is very spacious. At the window you could sit in the sun in the morning and watch the hustle and bustle in the alley.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

Lovely, spacious apartment. Very clean. Great location. Short walk from shops and the sea. Only stayed 1 night but would loved to have stayed for longer if we could.

We had a very nice stay! Communication with the owner was excellent: Very friendly, helpful and straightforward. The apartment is very spacious and very lovingly furnished and designed, just as shown in the photos. The cleanliness of the apartment was good overall. In the area there is everything you need for a wonderful vacation: You only have to cross one road to get to the beach, there are many good restaurants, shops and a very nice jetty for strolling nearby. There is also a lot of interesting things to see in the surrounding area if you value a quiet and relaxed ambience. Due to the location within a complex of higher residential buildings, the apartment is a bit dark and noisy due to the railway tracks right next to it - because of the sound amplification. We were still very satisfied with the place and can definitely recommend it.

We stayed a week, my partner, a 6-year-old girl and our 2 dogs...what can we say...we had a great time in all respects. Rossella, Francesco and the 2 children were very hospitable, friendly and never intrusive. Our place was clean and equipped with all possible amenities, including a spacious room, a kitchen complete with everything, even with a dishwasher and microwave, and a spacious bathroom. Sheets, towels, and even vacuum cleaners, clothesline, etc. Outside we had an area for exclusive use with table, chairs and umbrella. The view of the sea is fantastic and just go down stairs to get to the private beach of the villa where there is a terrace with lounge chairs and armchairs shared with other guests. If we return to the area, we will definitely always look for accommodation in Villa the hermite! Thank you so much 💖

The apartment is very well located, easy to find, the beautiful sandy beach is accessible via a tiled staircase, the beach is also suitable for children. Within walking distance, or by car 7 minutes to Capoliveri there are many restaurants. The apartment has a huge window with beautiful panoramic views to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Everything is very clean and everything works perfectly (air conditioning, gas stove, fridge, freezer, TV, Wi-Fi). The garden is very nice, with beautiful flowers/plants, a table for outdoor dining and deck chairs, all overlooking the sea & sunset. Marianna is very nice, always responds immediately and has responded very flexibly to our delay.

Barbara is a very nice and good host. The island is highly recommended, green and clean. The apartment is centrally located and meets expectations. A great vacation, will come back anytime.

Beautiful and private villa

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s beautiful apartment. The location in Castiglione is perfect, with the beach in 150m walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable with real duvets. The heating was a real treat in winter. Everything was squeaky clean and very well equipped and Elisabetta was a friendly and responsive host who thought of everything up to dog beds and treats for our dog. We will be back for sure.

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but the parking lots are convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it is not affected by the noise of people. On the contrary. The house is nice and functional. Not too noticeable things: having stayed at the beginning of September, the rail traffic increases and in the master bedroom you can hear it quite a bit. Until 1/9 the passages were significantly reduced. The shower drains badly, too bad. But it's a simple problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is windowless. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if there are many guests. But the apartment really lacks nothing and Massimo is super-available for everything.

Fantastic location to explore the island and eat out in Portoferraio. Clean and comfortable beach style apartment. Alice was very helpful and communicative too. Would recommend!

beautiful house in a unique location, overlooking the crystal clear sea and the village. The area is very quiet and well located for getting around even to the surroundings. Good restaurants within walking distance of the house. The host was very welcoming, waited for us for a long time and patiently due to traffic problems along the highway. She gave us directions to the nearest shops and supermarkets. He showed us the whole house in detail, indicating where to find everything we needed to live very comfortably in the following days. The condominium garden is really nice with magnificent plants. In short, a very pleasant stay and place.

Blown away, we will be back many times

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
