Great location and easy access to sites and restaurants! The price was very affordable!! Hosts were very friendly and helpful!

The place was easy to find and the location was perfect for our trip. It was secluded from the busy city traffic but still yet close enough to walk to Broadway. Ubering in and out was easy too. The place was very clean and we loved the decor. Enjoyed our stay.

Good apartment near Broadway St. As stated before it’s not quite walking distance to downtown. The apartment’s surrounding area is more industrial and slightly remote. The overall apartment was furnished well and had a king bed in each bedroom. The master had its own bathroom, totaling three bathrooms altogether. One room had four bunks. The couch, even though considered a ‘bed’ or otherwise could sleep two, I’d avoid it if you could. Had two balconies giving a view of the water and the opposite side of the building. You can tell that’s it’s an airbnb due to some wear and markings on the walls but was great for a weekend getaway for a bunch of married guys taking weekend off from some training. Only real complaint would be the cleaning fee. Between cleaning fee, airbnb cut and taxes, it doubled the nightly rate.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Central to everything and lots to do. Place was clean and beds were comfy. We would love to come back again.

The check in and checkout was seamless with the locking pad on the door. We saved so much money by walking everywhere (plus we got our steps in!) Nice places for brunch and other meals close by. The apartment itself was exactly as described and we loved how cozy our stay was. We will be returning in the future for sure!

The location and view of the Cumberland River was awesome! Less than a mile from downtown where everything is. Kimberly was a great host with a fast response when I had questions. When we are in Nashville again, we will look for her place first!! Great weekend and the Vikings won!

The condo was very spacious for 2 couples. We enjoyed there were 2 full bathrooms for the unit!

Ronnie is a great host! The house is beautiful spacious, and feels like home. Ronnie is thoughtful and makes sure that you have everything to be comfortable from extra linens to games and everything for morning coffee. He was great about checking with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Our trip was Christmas week and the outdoors was so beautiful and peaceful.

Kailani was so responsive and helpful along the way. The house was just as described, and was just what we were looking for. We loved the lake and eating dinner under the lights out back!

Cute house, loved the fireplace and cozy feel. Great location, clean and easy instructions for checking in and out. We felt safe and relaxed.

Me and my family enjoyed staying in Elle’s place where we had the full use of the lower floor which has its own deck facing the lake. All 3 bedrooms are pretty big and the living area was great to hang out with. The Place is very quiet.

This place was such a wonderful place to host a reunion! The lake view was so peaceful and the home supplied everything that we needed! I would definitely recommend this home for a stay.

Loved the pool set up! Easy drive to Nashville for a couple days we did down there yet far enough away that we were very secluded. My husband, father, and brother-in-law loved being right on the lake to fish.! There are multiple deer that visited us on the property and we saw a few eagles as well

Very cozy and private! Host was quite responsive and super nice. Felt right at home. It was cold so we didn't spend time on the patio, but it was beautiful and we could see and enjoy the water! Heater worked quite well. Everything was clean and well maintained. A very cozy space described well by the website. Thanks.

very serene and beautiful surroundings. Comfortable set up and beds. About 30 minutes from nashville but we came to visit my daughter so didn’t go in this time. It’s an easy uber ride.

Brittany's place was exactly as described and made for a great stay. Easy check-in and good location, as Broadway is within walking distance (or a short/cheap Uber ride away) and also close to some great restaurants in Germantown. Kitchen was stocked with water bottles and snacks and the bathroom had all the toiletries you could need.

Great place to stay, short walk to downtown. Clean and well stocked with the basics. Parking is great! Would recommend black-out curtains in the bed room but other than that, great place. Thanks so much! Highly recommended!

This is the second time staying at Katie's condo and there is no other place I would consider. The location is excellent and walkable to many venues or a short Uber/Lyft ride. Katie's condo always feels like home and her furnishings and decor are beautiful; I appreciate the W/D that are in her unit because I generally stay 5-7 nights. Parking is plentiful and the entire complex is well lit especially at night. As a solo traveller, I feel safe walking to and from venues during the day and early evening. I have stayed in many Airbnb's throughout the country and Katie's is so well-equipped with anything you would need from cooking a meal, doing a quick load of laundry, etc. Her condo is immaculate in every way possible. Thank you, Katie, for being a wonderful Super Host.
