Home from home bolt hole on the beach. Spotlessly clean with easy access to Eastbourne and Bexhill on Sea. everything we needed for a short break was there. Secure outdoor space for our dog to run around was a bonus.

Beautiful spot overlooking the beach. Bright and airy and comfortable, the flat had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway.

Really lovely flat in great location, very clean and cosy. Zoe was excellent with communication and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be returning. The flat has everything you need and is lovely and quiet whilst being a stones throw away from the sea front and main pier. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

A wonderful stay at this lovely place. We loved the annexe, with big patio doors, giving the room so much natural light. The room was spacious, with the bed,chairs,table and kitchen in one area. Everything has been done to a high spec 10/15 minute downhill walk to the seafront,but be prepared for that walk back! Check in was easy,and Brian was very easy to get in contact with Would have no hesitation in booking here again, it is perfect for the distance in to town, with a parking space a valuable plus Highly recommended

Tim was a lovely host, very responsive and made me feel at ease and ready for our weekend in Rye. It’s a great house, a perfect size for us as 2 adults, 2 children + dog. There are lots of games and books provided and there’s a nice big park opposite with a playground. We particularly enjoyed the cat cafe which is just at the end of the street. And everything is in walking distance. A great location. We had a wonderful time.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Our recent stay at the Bainden was quite nice. The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very spacious, providing a comfortable environment for us. The hot tub was a fantastic addition, offering a perfect way to unwind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this property to anyone seeking a getaway.

Nicely presented, clean, and very spacious house. A little bit away from town/beach, but perfect base for friends/family with decent size rooms and plenty of reception space. Highly Recomended host.

A great flat well situated. It’s less than 10mins walk to Hastings train station and 5 mins walk to the sea. Local surroundings include ‘The American Grounds’ a great collection of cool independent cafes, bars and shops. The flat is great; within a row of terrace houses with lots of old charm. Packed with tech gadgets to make the stay easy and fun! My girls enjoyed asking Alexa to raise the blinds, play music and more. Lots of character too. A great little garden which was perfect for our dog to use - but too cold for us I’m afraid. Dan was wonderful and very accommodating considering our last minute booking. He was very generous with food and drinks in the flat - we did help ourselves to a bottle of Prosecco! (Thanks Dan!). He was also very flexible with check in and out times - greatly appreciated! A great stay - can’t beat the location!

We booked very last minute due to the travel disruptions/weather - Alison was super helpful and accommodated us with no problem at all. She got everything ready immediately and we came straight from Gatwick and checked in. The Bothy is way above the norm as an Air BnB- it's spacious, well laid out, nice decor, bathroom was pristine, kitchen was well set up and there were little treats left for us, as well as milk, tea, coffee etc. This would have to be one of the top 3 Air BnB properties we have stayed in. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Alison for your help with our last minute booking. Peter

David's flat is a gem of a find in the Kemptown area of Brighton. An easy walk to the beach, lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by, and only 15 mins to Brighton pier and The Lanes. Generally quiet location, although as other reviewers have said, it can be a bit noisy on the street, so I'd recommend bringing ear plugs for those in the front bedroom. The flat itself is as described, is well kitted out with amenities, clean and warm. Highly recommended and we look forward to staying again.

Decided to take a quick christmas holiday break with my family and coming to this place was perfect. Decorated all Christmassy made it feel like home-from-home. Kitchen provided full amenities to cook with, with everything closed on Christmas day. Sat in a perfect location to be around on such short notice with everything nearby, and the sea right in front of you for a view. Anna was really pro-active and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for a lovely stay. Great location. Easy walk into town and on bus route too. Flat is clean and tidy and host super helpful. Parking spot is really handy, though as others described would be a squeeze in a larger car.

Whether you’re planning a funfilled time or relaxing break away, I can honestly confirm that Siobhan’s place is the perfect place to stay. All that is advertised was found to be accurate, detailed guide provided useful information about the house and outside in the community.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Seascape. The flat is beautifully presented and in easy walking distance of everything you could wish for. Sea view was lovely shame it wasn't sunny while we were there. Host was very responsive and offered an early check in. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful 3-nights here. The accommodation is in a perfect location with Old and New Hastings, and the beach, all in walking distance. The apartment made for a cosy, intimate stay: it was nice and warm and Patrick and Nina have thought have everything. Patrick was very responsive when it came to questions regarding practice, which is on a first come, first served basis right outside the accommodation. Unfortunately all the spaces were taken upon arrival, but there is a car park 5 minutes away and street parking 10 minutes further up the hill. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Hastings is a hidden gem (especially the old town).
