Beautiful apartment in the heart of Ravenna

It’s a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay there. We were really happy about the steaming sauna and dry sauna, it was like a wellness week. The kitchen is well equipped and the place has enough space for 4-6 people! Thank you so much for everything!

Perfect accommodation both for those who want a relaxing weekend and for those who want to have a weekend with friends, located in a perfect position to be able to move comfortably on foot without having to move the car. Beautiful house, spacious, very equipped, modern. Fabio number one. Highly recommended.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Cristiano and Sara’s apartment. Beautifully decorated, with many small touches. Right in the middle of Ravenna which was perfect for walking to all the sights. Their recommendations for restaurants was fantastic. Cristiano was always responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully furnished. The garden was great and especially enjoyed the children. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super tasty fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was okay - a really great service. If we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Simple apartment but with necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if you need anything. It offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

A perfect hostess! Alway available to help. Elegant, spacious, pristine clean, comfortable, quiet and a comfortable bed and the luxury of 2 bathrooms and coffee and tea and welcome treats! Very convenient, 5 mins walking distance to the centre of Lugo and 15-20 mins walk to the station. We would highly recommend Antonella's Apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would return.

So happy to report that our Airbnb in Riccione surpassed our wildest expectations - super clean, spacious, large balcony, high quality kitchen equipment, beautiful ocean view, near the beach, steps away from good restaurants, the train station, bike rental, Gelato (of course) and a Conad grocery store. Daniela and the front desk staff were always very helpful. We’ll be back!

Adalberto is a great host, always available and quick to respond. His apartment is in the old town of Urbino close to everything. Apartment clean, large, panoramic and equipped with everything you need in the kitchen.

4 days of true peace, finding this apartment was a real luck, the owners were very kind and always available ,in the house there was everything you need, impeccable cleanliness, great location also to get around on foot. To be done again 1000 times. Thank you!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! The condo is just fantastic with so many things to do including lots of hikes, museums, cafes, castles, and easy going around a very walkable and friendly town! Using the pool and spacious sunny areas are an extra plus! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including cooking and clothes washing!

3 couples were in our group looking for a place to call ‘home’ for our 2 week Tuscany experience. Villa La Casafredda had more than enough room for us based on the description. What we didn’t realize until we arrived was how unique and wonderful the entire property is and how comfortable it made our whole trip. Even before we arrived, Sergio and Michela were very responsive to questions and requests. The guidance and assistance provided helped us feel comfortable even before we arrived. The villa and surrounding grounds are very well maintained and everything we expected and wanted in a Tuscan villa. The big kitchen was a treat to cook in. Also, the dinners Sergio and Michela prepared for us were exceptional! We did find that having a rental vehicle was extremely handy for making trips to the market and historic center. We can’t say thank you enough for what they have created and offered to us. I would very much like to return. Bravo, Michela and Sergio! Grazie Mille!

Great villa! Location, pool, grounds and villa are a dream! Perfect for a holiday with two families. Communication was easy and everyone was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.

This is the second time I have stayed at this incredible villa. Three of us in my party decided to return to share the experience with our families, and we were not disappointed. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and on top of everything. They were even helpful in setting up an evening with a private chef. The location is central to several very large northern Italian cities. It was an absolutely amazing experience that I’ll cherish for the rest of my life. PLEASE STAY AT THIS WONDERFUL PLACE!
