Vacation rentals with a pool in River Tees

It was incredible!!! Stunning views, our stay could not have been any better. We all had a wonderful holiday. Pool, hot tub, tree house, lots of space for children to run and play football. Just fantastic. Thank you to Alan for coming to our aid when we put key into wrong door & got it stuck. Thank you David for everything!!!!

Excellent accommodation and even better hosts. The accommodation was as expected from the pictures, very warm and had everything you need from an amenities perspective. I feel it would benefit from a larger duvet though as my wife and I were taking it in turns stealing the duvet through the night, the room was warm so wasn't too big of a deal though. Shower is powerful and very nice! We found the decking was very slippery due to the ice so it would be good if some gritting salt was nearby. Location wise it's 30seconds walk to the sites cafe and pool/gym and the site itself is just a short drive to Grassington, Burnsall and Skipton. Lots of great walks, we would definitely recommend the Grassington-Burnsall walk as it's one of our favourites. Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to local weather warnings for snow and when we contacted the hosts, they was very accommodating, even providing a very fair refund as it was out of our control.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly like the photos, so unbelievably clean! The perfect sized space for a family or four guests (we visited with 4 adults and 2 babies!). The hot tub was the perfect temperature and size, the views were incredible and the host so responsive and attentive! We bought wood for the fire quite late on and they were so fast to sort and bring to us (plus anything else we needed!). Check in was also so easy to do and the accommodation was well signposted. We absolutely loved it, it felt so private and peaceful and was just what we needed to get away for the night. Highly highly recommend! Thank you!

If there was a six star rating then I would definitely pick that! Julian’s house is superb, we stayed for 4 nights after the new year as a family and have had the best time. The house is just beautiful in a gorgeous location and very spacious. There were 9 of us and 3 dogs all together and we had more than enough room. I would wholeheartedly recommend Foxhall farm along with Julian and Jolene who are great and very helpful. Thank you for fab holiday 🥰

This was a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. Beautiful little house, peaceful spot with fantastic views and a truly rural location where you really could get away from it all and yet there was lots to do within easy reach such as Fountains Abbey and The Forbidden Corner both within half an hour’s drive. Emma was very friendly and helpful and our little ones loved the resident cats, chickens and pig which they played with a lot! The swimming pool was fantastic…such an amazing facility to have literally opposite your front door! We loved the ease of using this…and the warmth of the pool itself which was great for children particularly. Thank you Emma and family, we will be back!

Absolutely fabulous stay! Being in a 1980 Bedford Camper was so brilliant. Very comfortable and our little area with wood fired hot tub, fire pit and lovely views was so peaceful. We are only half an hour away so we will definitely be making this place a regular trip for some much needed stress relief. Thank you Gillian!

We had a lovely weekend staying at Serendipity to visit the Christmas markets in York. The place has everything we needed and more and Rachael had kindly left the heating on for us so we were super cosy when we arrived in the evening too. Very comfortable bed with great pillows and a great power shower - the all important things! Also a lovely extra touch with some treats for us and the dogs, plus milk, tea and coffee. Our 8 year old loved the addition of the XBOX and extra toys to play with too! Thank you so much Rachael! Helen, Dave, Fin, Olive & Gus x

WOW - what a beautiful home!!! An absolute gem * For context - it was myself, my partner, two boys (4 and 2 years old) & our cavapoo. There was ample space for us all regarding bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge space. The home was tastefully decorated in keeping with the local beach aswell as spotlessly clean. NOTHING was too much for our hosts who were simply magnificent given the fact this is a relatively new venture for them. You would think this operation has been running for years based on the quality and efficiency of everything from booking and recommendations. The beach is quite literally a stones throw away and we made a beeline for this every morning after breakfast. Great start to the day! We had a 60 minute drive to Whitby with the family which was thoroughly enjoyable for some stunning Fish & Chips and crabbing for the boys to partake in. Some spectacular views driving down the coast past Redcarr and Saltburn. We would definitely come back again! BOOK BOOK BOOK IT!
