Clair and Scott have a lovely place that will present differently depending on the season you visit. They were both extremally attentive and helpful to all requirements. A great place if you have your dog with you with a large enclosed field to exercise your dog in. Hot tubs clean and checked daily for ph balance . Would love to return at some point. A idyllic place to wind down if required but near enough to places to visit and walk. Covers all types of holiday requirements. Julien & Angela

A perfect stay that exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. Angela was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our Christmas was one to remember. I can’t recommend this house and its surroundings highly enough!

A great place to stay. Quiet and private. Really great wifi which was great for working. Spacious, clean. Great kitchen with everything needed for cooking.

We stayed here for a two night break with no husbands or children and the surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing. The house felt very luxurious and Joanna was a brilliant at giving additional information. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Would definitely like to stay again!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

Sally was an incredible host and the barn is absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing stay. It is so peaceful, beautifully designed and the small details like the robes and the toiletries provided that extra special touch. We all agreed it was 5 star through and through! Beautiful property and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. If you get the chance to book, do it! You’ll have the best time.

We had a very peaceful couple of nights here, surrounded by wildlife and green space. It's a perfect base for exploring Suffolk, and we got to visit several beaches from here. The bed is sooo comfy, the barn has loads of natural light, and the log burner was a great touch for a cosy winter night in. Helen was very kind and helpful, met us to check-in, and then gave us full privacy. Our dog loved mooching the garden, and looking for moles! Would recommend for a cosy, Suffolk stay.

Great airy property with lots of character. Everything we needed was there plus some extras that we didn’t realise we would need. We came for a funeral of a family member and the light openplan space with the log burning fire were a much needed hug at the end of the day. Thank you Sharon for a wonderful stay in your beautiful house.

We had a great time here and would recommend to friends and family, location was quiet and peaceful local pub about 7 mins drive and we had dinner there was lovely.. poachers pocket We would definitely go back here as the cabin was super cute and great for the dog

Beautiful village and quirky and cosy place to stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was cold outside but we were lovely and cosy.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Me, my husband, 3 year old daughter and dog absolutely loved staying in this quirky little cottage, it was exactly what we wanted and everything we hoped for. It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless! My daughter loved playing in the tepee that was in one of the rooms, lovely touch! Kate is a 5 star host, very kind and very easy to communicate with. The cottage is in a great location and has easy access to fields for dog walks. We visited Southwold pier which was lovely and despite the very cold weather, we still enjoyed watching the waves eating our fish and chips. If you’re staying at the cottage in the winter months, take slippers! The unique brick floor is very cold although mostly covered by rugs. Considering how cold it was we were very warm and snug in the cottage and enjoyed the log burner. We would definitely book to stay here again! Very happy trip and some wonderful memories made! This was a last minute booking, which was a good find. Exactly what you expect from staying in a 16th century cottage , very original but cosy. The cottage was extremely clean and warm, the host was very proactive any time I contacted her which helps during any stay. Enjoyed our stay would highly recommend if you are looking to relax and also visit picturesque villages. Would love to stay in the summer, so we will be back. Thank you for hosting us.

The location is beautiful and the property just gorgeous and incredibly comfortable for a home away from home. Julia, the host, couldn't have been more helpful and accessible at any time if required. We had a lovely stay. The caravan was perfect and the beds super comfortable. The view was beautiful,the pictures dont do it justice. We were lucky with the weaher,it was lovely sitting on the decking in the beautiful Autum sunshine. Just wish we stayed longer. Thank you.

Wendy was so kind waiting for us on our approach,,welcoming , helpful and very informative, the annex was cosy, comfy, homely and just what we both needed, plus she popped over some fresh milk as I’d forgetten to being some , we will return thank you so much

We had a lovely weekend at The Coach House. Really wonderful. It is a perfect quiet rural retreat, with great facilities and a good circular walk. The accommodation was lovely. Cosy, rustic and lots of character but with modern touches. The bedrooms were great, the bath is a lovely addition. Katy was a helpful and responsive host. We were four adults and it was the perfect size for us. We could cook and socialise easily. We used the tennis courts and pool. The pool was excellent. The host showed us how it was all set up and we made good use of the space and the speaker, which is a nice touch. The only thing that would add to the accommodation would be a small kick stall for the kitchen as some of the cupboards are very high, which is hard for someone like me who is only 5ft! We will be looking to rebook for sure.

A fantastic lodge which had everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean. Michelle was lovely and met us on arrival to explain everything. Would highly recommend.

A comfortable barn to stay in with the added benefit of both a pool and tennis court to enjoy during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Polly’s cottage, the kids loved the garden swing and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace and peaceful surroundings - we’d love to come back in the summer time!
